      Prologue

      Officer Connie Powell loved her job.

      It gave her a buzz unlike anything else she had ever done, she was an officer of the law, she protected the innocent, and as a member of the vice squad she kept the streets free of perverts, pimps and prostitutes.

      Vital work.

      But what Connie never seemed to understand, she herself could have actually been classed as the biggest pervert! Her views on justice were twisted to say the least, judge, jury and executioner... she was one and the same!

      But it is said that what goes around... comes around, and the reign of every tyrant, large or small, will eventually come to an end.

      And so it did for Connie when she met her match, and finally began to understand herself, and the drives that for so long had remained hidden behind her badge!

      Chapter 1

      Connie touched up her lipstick in the cracked and distressed rest room mirror of the transport café that she had made her base for the nights sting. She moved around often, and it was a big city.
