Guardians of The Path: First Magyc

353 pages5 hours

Greetings - thank you so much for stopping by to visit my little world!

While this would be so much cooler if we could have this conversation in person, sitting at a table behind a stack of books, with my gold pen all ready to sign one for you, that's not practical right now. One day, maybe (fingers crossed).

I know this is where I'm supposed to tell you what The Guardians of the Path is about with a carefully crafted blurb, full of suspense and heart-stopping hints, but everyone does that, and I need to do something a little different to catch your eye. So here goes!

My name is Nicole DragonBeck, and I love music and classic fantasy - the Hobbit, Sword of Shannara, Narnia, anything with a dragon. I wanted to write a story which contained both, and if you like fantasy or epic fantasy, I believe there's a good chance you'll like the tale of the Guardians of the Path.

If you've got the urge to take a chance on something new and not (yet) endorsed by Kirkus, Booklist, or Publishers Weekly, brilliant! If not, I wish you well on your reading journey - there are many great books out there waiting to be read or reread, and I'm sure you'll find yourself someplace magical.

The description for First Magyc does follow, because no matter how witty and engaging an author was (in person or not) I'd still want to know what their book was about before I bought it!

The Amber Torch which had shielded Demona from enemies for centuries is broken, the Path is fading, and the Guardians are in hiding.

When Ria finds her way to this new world of music and magyc by helping the Guardian Cedar Jal escape his prison between worlds, she becomes caught up in his struggle, and discovers she may be the answer the Guardians need.

Cedar doesn't want Ria to be the one named and fated to die in the Prophecy, but what if she is the only hope to defeat the Sorcerer, rekindle the Path, and save Demona?

I hope you enjoy the Guardians Of The Path, and please feel free to let me know what you thought with a review or drop me an email at
