      I read this collection by dipping into it and reading the books in a random order. And it was wonderful - I never knew what I was getting but it was always interesting, thought provoking, entertaining.
      From futuristic journalists on the hunt for the truth (Sigma Surrogate by JT Lawrence) to enforced happiness, scary bigotry and twisted Buddhism (Hedon by Werbeloff), through teenage girls saving the world (The girl in the City by Harris) this collection ticks all kinds of disturbing boxes and will leave the reader delighted and possibly sleeping with the lights on.
