The Boss runs a large, complicated corporation, but his true interests and desires are to expand and to control the destinies of individuals and change universal history for all time. He has an army of devilish assistants and hungry people who submit to his whims and devious plans.

Will he succeed? Will mankind succumb to perpetual dark dawns, wicked spells, and become entrapped for all time? Will his twisted sense of his importance to the grand scheme override and destroy many worlds or will his own vile destiny eventually shackle him in irons and remove him forever? Victorious Winner or Lamenting Loser? Formidable Enemy or Fast, Stalwart Friend? Misguided Emperor or Wild Maniac? Only the reader can decide if the fate of our worlds are safe and secure for all time.

    Star light, Star bright

Make my wishes come true tonight

I have a mighty long list you see

    Some are simple; some complex,

Make my wishes come true tonight

So that I can rightfully bask in the spotlight

    I Have Earned It

    Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star…

You can set your tumblers now, Miss, the locksmith commented with relief. It was a relief to finally get the job done. He had the coming afternoon off. This was his last call.

Thank you, Cassandra replied. She lifted her head and gazed at him. She had been reading and poring over reports on the corporation’s activities and expenses during the last few years. She was already familiar with most published work, but she wanted to brush up and see if the picture she had formulated in her mind was correct.

You can set the numbers after I am gone, the locksmith said. That way no one but you will know the combination.

Of course. That is what I wanted. Thank you again. It will be a great relief to finally have a safe place to stash some of my personal items, Cassandra responded. She stood and escorted him to the door.

Once the locksmith left, she returned to her desk and rummaged through her purse. She lifted her cosmetic bag. The bag was where she had decided to temporarily store the watch which had been stopped at the Board Meeting yesterday. This was the timepiece which showed the seconds remaining in order to accomplish the company’s goals.

She gazed at the watch for a few seconds. It amazed her so little time of the precious minute had been used by the Boss. Of course, their time was different from the rest of the world. Their time moved faster and slower than the world. During their hours, weeks, and months in the common, everyday world, their minutes were different. Their day was a year in the normal world’s time frame. Their nights were a decade and the minutes were hours.

Cassandra and her kind had learned how to become master manipulators of the perception of time. They could draw progress out so that the seconds stopped and dropped like a slow, dripping water faucet or they could speed events up to where time tumbled like a torrent of flood waters. However, to possess a minute of eternal time was another thing entirely. Eternal time was an endless loop, and if used correctly, the possessor could dominate and rule all the worlds for many centuries to come.

Cassandra was secretly pleased she had so much of the eternal time left. The clock had been stopped, and she determined it best to store it in a safer place so that only she could start the watch when their next project came on line. Up until now, she had guessed correctly if someone was in a prankish mood they would never once think to look for the stolen minute in her cosmetic bag.

Cassandra rose with the precious watch in her hand. She went to the newly installed safe. She had already thought of a combination which would be easy to remember for her but impossible for others to guess. It was not a telephone number. It was not a birth date. Instead, it was the grid location of a map site she had at home. The atlas was always kept in her study in plain sight for all to see.

Cassandra was a crafty individual. She knew people would expect her to hide the combination, but Cassandra felt she had hidden it in the best place of all by having the solution in plain sight.

When the Boss had whispered little words of torment in her ears last night, she had come up with the idea. She felt it very cunning to have her secret out in the open for all to view.

Secrets. Secrets were only secrets if other people knew about them in the first place. She would have to remedy that particular assumption. Cassandra decided to set the combination first, and then call Gina in for some dictation. She planned to set the clock in the safe in front of Gina’s spying eyes.

Cassandra felt she knew Gina well enough by now. She knew within a short while her secret would be out to others who had interests in the watch.

Cassandra was uncomfortable with Gina’s promotion. Gina was the type woman who played dumb whenever she could manage. Cassandra suspected Gina was far more efficient and capable than she acted.

Cassandra preferred her close associates to always play smart all the time. It was going to be a rough job for her to make sure Gina matured during her tenure as chief.

Cassandra also had doubts about Gina’s loyalties. It would be a challenge to find out whose interests Gina supported. Cassandra needed allies; not enemies. She rose from her desk with a determined look on her face. Cassandra needed Gina by her side. She just did not know what words or actions she should take in order to achieve this very important goal.

While she walked to the door, Cassandra reasoned and hoped other people were pleased with her promotion. Karone was delighted. Mary was pleased. How many others were there in her midst?

Even the Boss seemed to accept his change in position with good grace. His grace and good humor had surprised Cassandra. Now that her thoughts turned to him she felt a pleasant, rippling sensation course through her body. She managed to smile briefly.

The Boss was a phenomenal lover. He had proved his ability to her last night. There was no room or stick of furniture which had been ignored in her house last night. He had made love to her on the cold tiles of her kitchen floor. She shivered as she recalled the feel of the tiles on her back. The icy cool made her react by throwing herself up towards the heat of the Boss’s body. He, in turn, pushed her back against the icy floor. Cassandra recalled with a great deal of satisfaction the alternation of hot, boiling heat and icy, freezing cold had been exhilarating and exciting to experience.

However, the Boss was not satisfied after they mopped up the floor with their bodies. He then grabbed and jerked her off the floor only to take her on the countertops, the sink, and the dining room table. All this frenzy took place only in the kitchen. They still had the rest of the house to conquer.

Cassandra nodded her head with an amused smile. The rest of the evening had been spent christening each and every room of the house with their lust.

The Boss was insatiable in his desires. Cassandra mused now that she too was just as desirous and hungry her own self. It was as if they were two animals locked in combat. It was a fight which tried to see which one would emerge as the stronger. They seemed intent upon testing each other’s strengths and readied to go for the jugular should one hesitate or cry for a few moments rest.

Yes, the Boss was an amusing man. As he pumped his swollen member deep inside her, Cassandra felt lightning bolts of pleasant sensations ripple deep within herself. It seemed this was his personal contest to put an invisible mark upon her. He acted like he wanted to brand her, and as if he tried to tell her she had finally met her match.

While they embraced, he talked nonstop. It felt to Cassandra he unleashed himself both physically and verbally upon her. The harder he pushed; the harder she pushed back. The more he chattered; the more she spat out her own volumes of words. She recalled how her most disparaging remarks had brought an even more intense response.

    Bastard, Cassandra screamed.

    Cunt, the Boss growled.

    Son of a bitch.

Whore, he yelled while he drove himself with ferocity into her body.

You’re a pimp. I’ll cut your balls off, Cassandra shouted as she lifted her body and crashed down upon him with all the force she could manage.

I’ll wear your pussy out before you get my balls.

    Prick.

    Prick teaser.

The words flew with outrage all through the night. Cassandra was not the type woman who was impressed by a man’s physical prowess unless the man showed he had abilities in all areas of the psyche. If the Boss had tested her last night, she hoped he had been surprised. The small bruises and achy muscles were well worth it. Cassandra had proved to him she was a woman to be respected physically and mentally. Cassandra mused correctly when a man was worn out a good woman had just started to warm up.

Cassandra paused at the door. She noticed her underpants were damp. That was the reaction her body gave her as she catapulted into memories of last night’s events. She decided she must compose herself and concentrate on the work at hand. There would be time enough later for further contemplation on her personal life.

Cassandra opened the door and popped her head outside. Gina, come in here for a moment, please.

A frantic Frank waved to Gina as she left the parking lot. She noticed and pulled over to stop just opposite him. Frank and several others stood looking into the car’s interior. Whoa, Gina. What’s that you got there? A new car?

Gina answered with a feather light voice. Yes, Frank, it’s the new Transus 4100. Like it?

    I say I like it, but Gina don’t you mean it’s a Trans-sex 4100, Frank teased.

Gina laughed a deep throaty giggle. She liked her men to tease and flirt. She liked them even more when their minds were deep in the gutter and always thinking about sex. Yeah, this here is a man-catcher. Just come a little bit closer and it will nab you so that I can whisk you off to my lair.

Gina, you know I’m waiting for my wife to arrive, Frank responded.

Gina whispered, I won’t tell if you won’t.

But, I have witnesses here. They will tattle.

Get them over here. I’ll take care of them all. Then, we will have all the wives wondering.

Frank smiled with a big hearty grin. Gina traveled with the big boys and girls now. He was just a grunt, a peon; a lowly worker ant compared to Gina’s new position of responsibility. There were certain things people like him could do and there were other things they could not. Circulating with the up and ups was one item that was not on the list of acceptable behavior. Gina was a temptress though. He always thought of her as being stuck in the perpetual teenager mode. She refused to grow up. Flirting with the likes of him was safe for her. She knew he would not take her up on the offer.

His boss, Len, had noticed their exchange and started to come over to speak to Gina. Len was more of the acceptable type for Gina now. Frank’s boss was a supervisor. He was the type who could give Gina a run for her money and her voluptuous body.

Len leaned over and looked inside the car. Gina reacted and leaned so close to Len their lips almost touched. Len, however, was a straight, strict, and proper man. He moved back just as Gina prepared to smack him with a big, wet kiss full on the lips.

Len liked Gina, too. Gina was a tease from his vantage point, but if the occasion ever arose where he had a night without his wife, he made a mental note to look Gina up. He had heard she teased men unmercifully, but when the time came to put out, she was always ready and hot. Gina was a firecracker, and Len wanted to light her fuse and see what would happen.

You boys take care. I’ve got to scoot on the motorway and see what I can catch.

You’re all talk, Gina, Len taunted.

Suddenly, the bright girlish smile disappeared from Gina’s face. It was replaced with serious challenging eyes. Len, you’re mistaken if you think all I do is talk. There’s still plenty of mileage left in this old girl’s body. She placed the car back into gear and drove off.

When Gina approached the motorway, she decided not to go home at once. There was no one there that counted or would notice she was not there. Her boys were off at university now and her husband rarely ever came out of his alcoholic stupor long enough to realize she was not around.

Gina felt like dancing tonight. Dancing was her way of getting intimate with someone with their clothes on. On the surface, dancing appeared to be an innocent pastime. Gina smiled and checked her lipstick in the rearview mirror. If she hit the right places tonight, she might even meet the Boss. She determined she just might try to turn the tables on him for once. She had the potential of passing on some juicy information to him. It would be nice to have someone be grateful to her for once.

No one at home was ever grateful - not her husband or the kids or her parents. Gina shuddered as she remembered her parents. She had gotten away from them long years ago. She had plotted and purposely gotten pregnant as a teenager so that she could get away from their grasp. She had managed to leave by marrying simple, plain Roger, and Roger had turned into a drunk.

Gina reflected she was happy though. She had raised her boys without much input from anyone and they were now university candidates. Roger ignored her most of the time now. He only bothered Gina when he was halfway sober. With this knowledge, Gina made sure his liquor cabinet was full at all times. She did not desire Roger’s sweaty attention anymore. He had served his purpose by legitimizing her sons.

Gina smiled again. She thought it strange how a few years of maturity could change a person’s thoughts. Now, she would think nothing of having a child out of wedlock, but then those
