About this ebook
The collapse of the old business culture continues with consequences that have hit hard. In such dire times, as we scramble to find a way forward that offers certainty and security, we witness organizations masquerading with a new image while essentially maintaining the status quo. This will not work. There are new players in the arena of business. Culture and consciousness are powerful new partners that will decide sustainability and profitability in an emerging new paradigm. We are rewriting the books and re-educating ourselves on what a thriving, high-performing environment looks like. We are transforming the hearts and minds of leaders to generate a new mindset in business that will see us using the right tools and the right values for prosperity and universal well-being. This book tells you how.

Introduction
I don’t live in the corporate world, I infiltrate
it regularly and work with it’s less integrated behaviors. Just as the cities and communities about us have an underbelly, so too does the corporate entity. For the most part it manages to stay unaddressed, partially if not wholly disguised and in many cases actually supported and kept in place by the presiding authority.
To live in the corporate world means to have its value system, its measurements system and its lens of scrutiny, dictate and define your sense of self, your lens of experience and reality. I prefer measured boundaries of engagement and exposure. I prefer to potently interact with its consciousness in order to transform and evolve its complexity and then retreat. I prefer to hold fast to the steady, true core of my individuated value system and when called, to enter its corporate shadows, work the alchemy and quietly move away.
I see most of the people within this system day after day, struggle with these very issues. They strive to hold to their personal truths and values whilst having to function within an entity that opposes them.
You will realize by now that I am using a very different style of language. I ask you to be open and to engage with this style of dialogue in order to see the corporate world through a new lens.
The old paradigms and models have not succeeded. Debates of too much regulation, insufficient regulation, government control or market control, socialism or capitalism continue to rage. The answer cannot lie in any of these models or systems. They are rooted in a fundamental flaw. This flaw comes from the lack of understanding of how reality really operates. In other words, we are playing the wrong game on the wrong game board. It’s like playing Monopoly on the Scrabble game board and neither are right.
We need to understand what the game board is and then understand how to play the game. A whole new paradigm of reality and therefore business and human potential is emerging. We need to re-evaluate how life works, how we
work and then create the systems that maximize and leverage this knowledge into business and productivity.
When we do this, we will see a falling away
of all of the symptoms of an inadequate and old paradigm. An inadequate and distorted paradigm that supported extremes of gain and loss; that cultivated systems of control, manipulation and ignorance. A model that ultimately engendered disease, stress, loss of productivity, loss of esteem, marginalization and alienation in the people conditioned to operate within it.
Cultures will emerge that are formed around a fuller understanding of what encourages and promotes genius, inspiration and aspiration in every human being. The losses that corporations, local and global communities suffer from disability leave and unfocused, distracted loss of engagement will become a thing of the past. This is not fantasy; it is an inevitability. We have broken through to a whole new realization of how life works. The books must be rewritten and a re-education will result. These are indeed exciting times.
This revolution will not happen overnight but it has already begun. We are seeing the collapse of the old models and the scramble to re-invent the new. The new sciences have been publishing material for some time that speaks to this paradigm change. A change in how we view ourselves, in how we view our world and in how reality functions. A re-education of humanity will take time. Our job is to empty our mental cups and open to a whole new way of operating. We are living in the time period of our own renaissance. We are challenged to take a quantum leap and in doing so, leave the comfort of the old platform behind. Just as our ancestors struggled with paradigm shifts from a flat earth to a round one, or a rotating earth and a central sun, we are in the midst of our own orbit changer
.
As is the norm during times of great intellectual shift, there is resistance and denial to be overcome. Yet with humanity’s accelerated growth and learning in this age of information and with the urgent call for change and solution, I suspect we will move through the resistance phase quickly. We are tasked with generating innovative solutions to globally complex dynamics. The sooner we can avail ourselves of these discoveries, the sooner we can leverage the knowledge to foster innovation and solution.
Transforming our business world is essential. This is currently the business
of all of us as we deal with the fall-out of the recent economic collapse. The shadow consciousness of certain executives and leaders has been illuminated and documented for all to see. The everyday person has been shaken awake, eyes wide open
to a game play of dire consequence. There can be no doubt as to the need for a game changer. Waking up to the real playing board and learning how to play the only game there is, offers power and security.
Re-educating the culture of business and of human performance effectively requires us to look through a new lens. Transforming our business world into a system that is inherently healthy, productive, prosperous and sustainable requires that we indeed change our mental platforms and stand on an entirely different foundation.
A model has emerged that gives us the map for changing course and reaching that destination. This model emerges from the gritty and fundamental examination of CONSCIOUSNESS; consciousness as a model of the intelligence that we ARE. Consciousness as the power player in life that holds genius and creates outcome.
This strange new model gives us a powerful vehicle of discovery that will enable us to engage with genius, create with intention and have all peoples of the world living in bounty and prosperity. The polarized game of loss and gain is collapsed as a natural law takes over. There is plenty for all in this new game.
As we begin to learn about this game change, we will be challenged. We are re-introduced to concepts that seem to belong better in psychology, science or religious debate. Taking these concepts into a different context offers us a broader framework. The old paradigms came with very specific language and syntax. We are conditioned to accept the familiar structures. It is time to let this loosen and open to seeing, hearing and understanding things differently.
It is difficult to explain the paradigm without using concepts and words that will be uncomfortable and strange. Resistance will be a natural response. It is essential that you calm the resistance and keep going, as the learning arcs will eventually offer insight, clarity and power.
For so long we have operated with only one half of ourselves. Like using one hemisphere of our brain. Then we have developed and utilized a language-set to make this inadequate way of operating function
.
Yet our consciousness, that which we are, not only uses both hemispheres as a powerful dual—operating system but its lead driver is the hemisphere that we have shut down.
Therein lies the first and most important insight as to what has gone wrong. We have been operating or malfunctioning with half of our intelligence shut down. To shut down this particular intelligence has dire consequences because unfortunately for us, it is the intelligence that is the DRIVER, and that has the LEAD FUNCTIONING in our power base. It is this intelligence that holds our genius.
Imagine opening your computer everyday and turning it on as usual and going about your business, then suddenly discovering that there is a second power switch that you have neglected to turn on every day.
Imagine now, turning on that second power switch and watching your computer suddenly burst into life, color and dynamics, rebooting itself into a super computer
with applications and configurations that
