INTRODUCTION
Living with Depression and not having a NATURAL way to heal and release Depression can lead to a very poor quality of life and a shorter life expectancy. In most countries the medical model is to visit a psychiatrist who will diagnose and medicate you with prescribed drugs for the rest of your life, which is very affordable with the Health scheme assistance. Or you can spend thousands of dollars on psychotherapy. The choice is not easy.
There is a great difference between the two methods—which presents a dilemma for the Sufferer of DEPRESSION who has to decide which method to use and which one to TRUST. I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and told that I would have to be medicated for the rest of my life. Therefore there wasn’t any need to look into the causes of my Depression. I was turned off to this approach, as it would make me dependant on drugs and the government, just to continue to survive.
This frightened me, so I chose to find a natural way to heal my Depression. This was not easy as it involved a lot of money, time, and commitment from me when I had limited money, no motivation, was overweight, fatigued every day, and had no job or income; not to mention a very untrusting attitude that stopped me from committing to anyone or anything. It wasn’t easy.
In this book I have written all the tools, methods, and solutions that I have found that have helped me to heal myself and release my Depression naturally.
Having travelled the path to healing Depression myself, I have found that it is less expensive than I had first thought and a thousand times more beneficial to heal NATURALLY. It has only taken me 14 months of living the processes and methods I have outlined in this Book, to release my Depression and change my life permanently. I live today with more love, peace of mind, and quality of relationships than I ever dreamed possible.
I have spent the past twenty years healing myself of many things. Imagine being given the NATURAL SOLUTION TO HEALING YOUR Depression from someone who has the life experience to guide you? IT SURE WOULD HAVE HELPED ME WHEN I STARTED HEALING MYSELF.
THE MAJOR TURNING POINT IN MY HEALING JOURNEY
Five years into my healing journey the darkness of depression descended upon me once again. I came home from a self help meeting, followed by coffee afterwards at a local coffee shop. I was feeling very excluded from the group of people I had been mixing with for the past two years. One older man, with whom I had become very close friends with, and a person I looked up to as a big brother figure, really shut me out in that social setting. I felt hurt and rejected, angry and very confused.
By the time I arrived home, I began spiralling into a deep black hole of despair. I felt like I was going insane and feared that I was going to kill myself. I had never felt such bad feelings of mental torment and emotional pain before in my life. I was pacing backwards and forwards in my lounge room and not knowing what to do or who to turn to. I kept asking God for help and didn’t seem to be getting any answers except the thought to ring a friend. I was in such a mess that I couldn’t even see that this was God’s answer to my prayer for help. I decided to give my friend a ring.
It was about midnight on a Saturday night. I felt scared that my friend was going to be mad with me for ringing so late and I also thought that because she knew the older man and the circle of friends that I was in pain over, she wouldn’t want to help me. But as God would have it my friend was the answer to my prayer for help. She affirmed what I was feeling. We talked for about an hour on the phone and she said that what had happened to me was that I had been Brain Fucked.
I had never heard of this
