      For the one who’s been look for something and found it deep within the words of my writings, I dedicate this book to you. Without you or the thought of you my writings would mean nothing but plain words on plain paper. The love I feel from writing all comes from the thought of me knowing someone will find an answer to a problem in their life from just reading my poetry, quotes or short stories. It doesn’t matter if it’s millions of people or just one person, I will continue to write for them as long as I could. You are my foundation of meaningful writing and I will continue to build up with the grounded support of you.

      Foreword

      Jamel Gross is an exceptional writer, he is one to capture the moment and deliver it to his reader’s. This isn’t his first book; the first was Behind My Shadow, what a wonderful book. Growing up with someone with so much talent was a pleasure because I was able to learn from my younger brother. Jamel taught me how to look at a glass half full not half empty, he also taught me to follow only my dreams. It’s amazing how someone that was so quiet as a child would grow up to be writer.

      Jamel would always sit quietly and listen to everyone speak. He would watch how people would react to change, whether he agreed or disagreed he would say nothing but he learned something. This is where his poetry and short stories came from. I remember his very first story he wrote. Jamel was in the eighth grade, what should have been a one page essay became a book of 30 plus pages very quickly. It was then that I realized my little brother had something special, he was a writer. Jamel started to write more and more and I encourage him more and more.

      Jamel is able to bring a message to his reader’s. Each poem or short story is for someone, it is to inspire and motivate you to make a difference. Jamel is a motivator, he wants to make a difference and I believe that if he could help or encourage just one person he is satisfied. This book is for anyone that wants to change, anyone who wants to love, anyone who wants to speak, or anyone who wants to stand because of faith, because of love or because they are just tired of
