At the age of 96 years young, I joyfully share my life journey with you.
You will see the hand of God in my life as you read this chronology, written to give Him glory.
My recollections are a combination of both cherished and bittersweet memories, and at times, somewhat ambiguous. As you may ascertain, many more events occurred throughout nine and a half decades of living.
A major event occurred when I reached age 83; God gave me a new birth. He revealed to me His own Son, the Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus).
The primary purpose in writing this memoir is my heart’s desire to share the Messiah with all mankind – my fellow Jews and the Nations.
God has taught me He is always with me. He is also with you, my friend.
So be encouraged! Our lives are designed by God before we are born.
And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.
Psalm 139:16
What a comforting thought! Nothing surprises Him.
Very early in my childhood I adopted the mindset to always be young at heart. With enthusiasm and vigor, I enjoy each day of life. My path is never downhill. I am here on earth for a brief period of time, so

To life!
My approach in life is not to judge others. I accept people just as they are. God radiates His love to me. I pay it forward.
I am a Jew.
I was born a Jew.
I will die a Jew. Accepting His Messiah does not change this.
I was Born With His DNA
Read the Bible. Talk to God.
Come now, let us reason together,
says the LORD. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool!

CHAPTER 1
Bamber Street In Liverpool
My earthly life began on March 17, 1915 in Liverpool, England, the third of five children born to Goodman (Guido) Tvergo and Jane Dora Stein Tvergo (Devorah Stein).
Delivered at our home at 102 Bamber Street by my maternal grandmother, who earned her living as midwife for the Orthodox Jewish community, I was a first generation Brit. Both of my parents were immigrants.
Born in the Ukraine, Mother was a devout Orthodox Jew. Her family was financially poor, yet had a rich religious heritage and deep faith in God. She was seventeen years old when her family arrived from the Ukraine.
Born in Kovno, Lithuania, Father was a secular Jew. His prominent family was financially wealthy, yet lacked the religious tradition of our forefathers. The Tvergo family was renowned for their generous philanthropy. Father was four years old when his family arrived from Lithuania.
When my parents came to England with their families in the early part of the twentieth century, the goal of these settlers was to avoid the pogroms of Eastern Europe. They emigrated from their homelands prior to the Bolshevik Revolution, when common
