    Rev. Herbert JULIEN is a young minister of God who holds the world in his heart. In addition to being a seasoned preacher, he is endowed with the gift of teaching. The thrust of his message is about the work of salvation accomplished by the Lord Jesus through His atoning sacrifice. Rev. JULIEN holds Bachelor and Master degrees of Ministry in Christian Counseling Psychology from Freedom Bible College and Seminary; a Master of Divinity from Slidell Baptist Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Bible Translation at International Faith Theological Seminary. He is Professor of Theology, Counseling and Biblical Hebrew at Christianville College, Haiti, and Instituto Bíblico Victoria, Mexico, and author of La Valeur et la Puissance du Sang de Jésus (The Value and Power of the Blood of Jesus). He and his wife Sabine live in Carrefour, a southern suburb in Port-au-Prince.
