    I have always seen things in a different way than most people. I take it as a gift from god. I have always taken an interest in poetry, writing, and music. The poems in this book are about feelings, experiences, and things that i have seen in life. I hope that my words will touch the readers in different ways according to their experiences in life. There is hope that the reader will say, "I understand completely what he is saying and can picture it perfectly". I hope that you are inspired to push through what ever your situation. I ask that you open your mind let go of the world and slip into mine.

    I feel that i am qualified to write a book due to my many experiences in life. I have traveled all over the US and all across the globe during my military career. I have experienced and witnessed the good and the bad that people experience and do. The majority of my writting was done while traveling or experiencing an event. The world makes and molds people into what they are. This is what i have written about. It is real and will hit home with the reader. The reader will say to themself, " I know exactly what he means". My experiences in life have made me the person that i am. The good and bad that the world offers is what makes you what you are. You learn lessons in life from experiences you have. This makes us all who we are. I live in South Carolina. I have been in the US Air Force for 19 years.

      My whole life I have always saw things in a way different from most people. I don’t really know why, I just take it as a gift or blessing from God. I have always taken an interest in poetry, writing, and music; which if you ask me go hand and hand. The poems I write are about feelings, experiences, and things that I have seen in life. I hope in my writing that it will touch different people in different ways according to their experiences in life. The hope that someone can say I understand completely what he is saying and can picture it perfectly. I hope that these writings touch you in a way that inspires or helps you through a situation. I ask that you open your mind and let go of the world as you slip into my world.

      I have learned that I can only be happy

      Through myself

      If I don’t allow myself happiness

      No one else can give me that

      Happiness is about the person

      A bitter person will never be happy

      Simply and plainly because they don’t

      Want to be happy.

      So I look at myself

      And say, am I happy with myself

      And I am left with, I think yes

      Love yourself

      Or you will never be able to love someone else

      SPIRITUALITY

      Everyone has some spirituality in them
