PREFACE

Too precious is the blood of the Lamb Jesus that was slain to be trodden under the foot. And men shall not be allowed to do respite to the Spirit of grace by whom we are sealed unto salvation. The church must fulfill her purpose and ordained destiny. The church is permitted to remain in the world for an end that is, to be the light bearer to those who are in the darkness of unbelief through ignorance. However, the activities and stench of wolves in sheep clothing styling themselves as shepherds in the house of our God has reached the highest heavens. Judgment is about to begin and that must be from the very threshold of the house of God.

The Church was designed and created to be light bearers to the world. But, the church herself needed light due to the decadence that has set in because of her adultery with the world. Her (the church) intermeddling with the world has eclipsed the original glory of God.

The prophets within her wall prophesy for bread and divine for silver and for gold. Her doctrines are dubbed with untempered mortar and her gospel has been watered down and as such, lacks the inherent power, grace, and life to transform depraved men into the likeness of their master Jesus, which was the original design and purpose of the gospel. In addition, the quest for economic paradise here and now, has veiled the glory of the world to come, in the heart of men. We can no longer distinguish between the clean and the unclean, the saved and the unsaved, the church and the world. Truth, which is the hub of Christianity, has fallen at the gate, and those that seek after godliness and His righteousness has made themselves a prey amongst the sons of men.

The Church is sick and her stink rise to the highest heavens and has need of the great physician to heal her of her backsliding, before she can become a minister of the healing balm of Gilead, to the nations. For ‘a sick Church cannot bring healing to a dying world’. So says Pastor Tunde Bakare.

False apostles and ministers have taken over the pulpits (teaching men what they want to hear not what they should hear) in the house of our God and for this, the glory of God have departed from the midst of His people (the church). The genuine power and the manifest presence of our God, that was at work in the apostolic days, and the days of reformation, and the era of the great awakening is departed from us. We were made to believe in lying wonders because; there is no bread to be found in the house of bread anymore. The table of showbread in the house of our God is become empty or at best decked with leavened and stale bread that lack the ability to minister life to the eaters.

The Heavens weep for the failure and the romance of the Church with the world. Nevertheless, would heaven hold her peace to see the Church purchased with the highest price possible—the blood of Jesus the Son of God misled? Far be it from God to permit that the Church should fail. For concerning this He says: And I would raise up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and mine mind: and I will build him a sure house and he shall walk before mine anointed forever (I Sam 2:25). And from the very mouth of the absolute creator and owner of the Church, we heard this testimony in Mathew 16:18 saying; . . . I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

This is why the Lord has risen from His throne and would not sit down until He see to it that His pleasure and purpose, is fulfilled amongst the sons of men through His Church. This is why He is raising the ‘Remnants—The Priest Preachers of righteousness’ that would restore the original apostolic doctrines, rebuild the church according to the original scriptural pattern, and orchestrate the return of the departed glory back to the Church. God is raising up priests and not prophets, because, nearest to the heart of God in things that pertained to God and godliness, are the priests the sons of Levi. They alone (the priests) are ordained and granted leave (permitted) of God to draw nigh to Him into the Holy of holies to appear before Him for men.

And by God’s prophetic agenda for the end time, He has chosen to raise up Priests and not Prophets, to sound the alarm through the blowing of the Ram’s Horn. That is, preaching of the original gospel, to revive, and reawaken the Church and the world, from their spiritual slumber and prepare the true Church, from amongst the harlot church, that is clearly divorced from the world for the return of the King-Jesus. For He (Jesus) is coming for Jesus—a Church without spot or wrinkles.

God is about to repossess His Church, judge the false shepherds, and restore the original gospel that is, the preaching of the Cross back to the Church. Because, without the Cross, our faith is vain and our hope dead. The time to seek His face and not His hand is now!

INTRODUCTION

The wall of Zion is broken down, the gate thereof is burnt down with fire, and the people led captive. The city of David has become desolate, and the house of God has been trodden down and defiled by the gentiles. The house of God (the temple) was razed down by fire and the Ark of the Covenant of the God of Israel was captured and carried away. The temple is left in ruins, and the daily sacrifice has ceased and there is no teaching priest left in the house of God. The land was thrown into mourning and the remnant of the people cry bitterly for want of bread.

All this abomination and evil came upon the Israel of God because of their whoredom and abominations that they had committed by following the god’s of the Nations.

Who would deliver my people, rebuild the wall of Zion and set up the gates thereof? Who would return my people from the land of captivity, rebuilt the burnt temple, and restore my glory, and return the Ark of the Covenant to her original place from the land of the heathen? Who would rebuild my broken down alter and light the original fire thereon? This is the cry of Heaven. This is not a cry of dilemma but an invitation to the true seekers and the hungry, those whose spirit are attuned to the frequency of heaven. Those who understand the heart beat of the almighty so He could lay hand on them for His use as instruments of revival and reformation.

The church like Israel is romancing with the world and has gone into spiritual adultery. The house must be cleansed, the altar of the Lord must be rebuilt again, and the ark of God must be returned to its place. Only the Priests consecrated to this end can bring back the ark to the house of God. Passionate men like King David may try to bring the ark but they may not meet with success. Because, it is more than just passion, it is about ‘Consecration’.

Heresies pervade the Church and the altar of God has been defiled with polluted bread as it was in every generation. Yet in every generation, God always raise up men after His heart to correct the error, and restore true teaching and the people back to God. Though men who are after their belly and not the glory of God had defiled the alter of God, with vain words full of the wisdom of man calculated to deceive the simple hearted, yet, God would rise to the challenge to pull down their false alters and blow wind upon their error.

Christ came to save those that are lost by His redemptive work on Calvary tree. And the Holy Spirit came to recreate Jesus in the lives of men by His act of internal regenerative work in the heart of believers. So, the grace that saves us should also transform us. Therefore, our sermons and teachings should carry the very live of God (be God breathed) before it can bring the needed transformation in the lives of men. Our shepherds have resulted to teaching secular humanism and humanistic philosophies. Moreover, the quest for economic paradise here and now, has eroded the passion for the hereafter from the heart of men. There must be a return to the preaching of the Cross because only the Cross has the power to transform men. The sinner finds life there, and the saints draw strength from there. The Cross makes reconciliation between God and man possible. The gospel is all about nothing but the Cross. And the invitation of the Gospel is an invitation to cross over from the other side of darkness to the side of light by the way of the Cross.

The church is birthed in power and must be raptured in power unto glory. God is set to rebuild His house. He is calling and assembling His End-Time Army that would bring in the needed change. The fire of revival is been kindled and His priests are been called from all over the world to carry the original fire from the Holy of holies to light up the darkness in the heart of men.

A look at the struggling Church today, would show that, the Ark is missing from its place in the Temple of God. The veil on the entrance to the Holy of holies may appear to be in place but the Ark of the Covenant is not there. We are only veiling our shame because the original glory is departed and true illumination is gone from our midst. So, our carefully arranged words of human wisdom cannot in the least produce a saint. Yet, the glory must return before the return of the King.

God is serving the good wine last in that the greatest of His mighty works is yet to be seen amongst the sons of men. He is out to do exceedingly abundantly beyond what we can think or ask. His power is going to be demonstrated in an unprecedented fashion in this generation. The foundation of hell shall be rocked to pieces. God is vesting His grace and power reserved for this selfsame purpose like never before, on the Priests that He had consecrated to bear the Ark back to Zion. Their calling is by election in grace. Not by education, neither by heredity nor by the will of man but by His grace and wisdom will He raise men that are no men (the most unlikely amongst men) by the world’s standard so that no flesh should glory before Him. The world would be appalled, falsehood shall disappear and Truth, which is Jesus, shall be enthroned in the midst of His Church. The false shepherds and their false altars and teachings shall be judged. In addition, many shall be turned to the righteousness of God. For a great awakening and enlightening is coming upon all that dwell on the earth through the ministry of these End-Time Priests.

The priests are those called and consecrated into the priesthood to appear before God for man. They are the nearest to God in things that pertains to worship and communion with divinity. They draw nigh to God to receive inspiration directly. For in the Holy of holies, they behold the glory of God with an unveiled face. There in the Holy of holies, God write His eternal laws upon the tables of their heart. And by this act of God, they are enabled to lucidly communicate the mind of God to the waiting Church in the outer courts. Moreover, their words carry power because; they were received directly from the source in the Holy of holies.

Would that, all who stand behind the pulpit to teach and preach first have to enter into the abode of God (the Holy of holies) to receive true words and illumination from Him. O how the world would have been changed and men transformed into the similitude of the Son of God. For the purpose of God in redeeming man, is to have man transformed into the express image of His dear Son. This is what Calvary, and the gospel is designed to accomplish and this is the end to which the Church was born—to travail until Christ be formed in men.

I saw the gathering cloud. Not cloud for rain anymore, but the cloud of fire. The rain of living flames (that transforms ordinary timid fishermen into world movers and shakers) shall fall upon the Church like the day of Pentecost. It shall burn off the chaff and all that defiles in the church of Jesus Christ. Only the wheat shall endure. And those who catch this flame, shall in turn go on to set the harvest on fire. For the harvest, truly is plenteous but the laborers are few. Nevertheless, the Lord of the harvest is raising and sending men—The Priests into the harvest. And you can be one…

CHAPTER 1

THE MYSTERY OF THE RAM’S HORN

The only natural vocal instrument that the priests were permitted to use as recorded in the scripture is ‘The Ram’s Horn’ known as the ‘Shofar’. Why did the Lord specifically give the instruction to use the Ram’s Horn and not the golden or silver trumpets? There is a lot of spiritual undertones and relevance as to why the Lord chose the use of the Ram’s Horn over and against the instruments of iron. Throughout this book, allusions are been made to the ‘Ram’s Horn’. Necessity therefore demands that, we understand from the very beginning of this book, the spiritual relevance of the ram’s horn, why it is been used by the priests, and what it stands for today. So that whenever allusion is been made to the Ram’s Horn in any portion of this book, you could have a clear understanding of what is really meant.

When Abraham was to sacrifice his beloved (covenant) son Isaac, a Lamb was by divine providence provided as a substitute in the place of Isaac by God. The scripture bears this testimony that this substitutionary Lamb was caught by its horn in the ticket. And from there, it was taken and slaughtered in the place of Isaac. It could therefore be inferred from here that, for Isaac to be freed from death, it is of necessity that the Ram must die. Now in the process of freeing the ram from the entanglement of the ticket to be used to fulfill destiny, which is been slain in the place of Isaac, Abraham has to take the ram by its horn, in order to free it from the ticket.

And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind Him a ram caught in a thicket by its horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.

Now this ram caught by its horn in the thicket, was a symbolic representation or type of our Lord Jesus Christ, who came to pay the price for our redemption by His substitutionary (vicarious) death on the Cross. He died in our place that we who are dead in our trespasses and sins, might live by His own death through faith.

Now the mystery is this. Why was the ram caught by its horn? Horn by scriptural symbolisms, signifies strength, authority, and power. The horn serves for defense, and for protection against foes. Therefore, the Ram’s horn been caught in the thicket, signifies a willful, relinquishing or surrendering of authority, which allows the ticket to have a hold on the horn.

Jesus by scriptural testimony is called ‘The Horn’ of our salvation (Psalm 18:2; luke1:69). That is to say, that He is the power of God that brought salvation to all who believe in His vicarious death. Jesus possesses all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. He is the express image of the Father (God) and a perfect representation of His person. He wields all divine authority and power, and the glory of His person and the splendor of His majesty transcend human understanding. He was from eternity and He is before all things, ever before the world both seen and unseen, came into being. And in Him, all things consist. The worlds and all that therein are, were framed by Him, through Him, for Him, and are sustained by Him. He bears the horn of authority over all things. For Him hath God the Father sealed to be head over all things and over the Church which He purchased with His own precious blood. It pleases the Father that in Him should all fullness dwell and that He should have pre-eminence in all things. (Colos 1:14-19)

CHRIST OUR KINSMAN REDEEMER

However, when the fullness of time came for the redemptive plan of God for man to be executed, there can be no better redeemer, than He who made man in the world. For He alone meet the requisite qualification to perform the duty of the ‘Kinsman Redeemer’ On behalf of man. For in ancient Jewry, when a slave is to be redeemed or bought back from bondage and servitude to his master, it is the nearest of the kinsmen (blood relation), who should perform the duty of the kinsman redeemer. This kinsman redeemer must not only be interested in the redemption of the bound slave, but he must equally be able to pay the full price for the redemption. That is to say that, he must possess the economic power or financial capability to pay. And the most important of all, he must be willing (not by compulsion or coercion) to pay the price for the redemption of his kinsman. It must be noted here that, it is only the free that could perform the duty of the kinsman redeemer. A bound slave can by no means pay for the redemption of another bound slave for he himself, needed redemption.

That is why Jesus has to become like one of us by putting on the form of man in other to meet the criteria of the kinsman redeemer so that He could pay the full price of our redemption and justification. Only Jesus meets the requisite qualification to redeem man. He created man and He alone can die for man. For all men have sinned in Adam and have come under the curse of the law whose ultimate penalty is death, and is in bondage to Satan, sin, sickness and death. Therefore, man by nature lacks the capability to redeem man. This account for why God in Christ break into the realm of man in other to redeem man. The world was made through Him and by Him, and the world must be redeemed through Him and by Him. And by this, He is become our ‘Horn of Salvation.’ "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him and for him: and he is before all things and by him all things consist (Colos 1:16-17).

However, to fulfill this role of the kinsman redeemer, He has to willfully let go all His pre-incarnate glory, splendor, power and authority. In addition, He equally put aside His divinity, and in demonstrating His absolute and perfect humility (an example for us to follow), He chose not to put on the nature of angels but accepted willfully, to put on the filthy garb of flesh, and assume the frail form of man. And upon discovery that He was standing on equal pedestal with man, He humbled Himself further by taking up the office of a servant and accepted to die the shameful death of the Cross. He that dwelleth in the light that is unapproachable from the eternal primordial ages, now chooses to dwell in a tabernacle of clay. In other words, He emptied Himself of all that God is, and became all that man is, in other to save and redeem man, and the worlds. I say the worlds because, the world (the universe comprising of the heavens and the earth) as it is presently constituted, is infested with the effect of the Luciferian rebellion, and the Adamic sin. Therefore, Christ came not to save only man, but the worlds as well. To this, the scripture of truth bears this testimony saying; For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved. (John 3:16-17).

THE GREATNESS OF LOVE

Love but not duty compelled Him to come down from His heavenly glory in other to save man. For He Himself bear testimony to this truth saying, greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends (Jhn 15:13). It was not the cruel Roman executioner’s nails that held Jesus to the Cross. No! It was His unalloyed Love for humanity that held Him there. For His delight was in the sons of men from of old from the primordial ages ever before the foundations of the world was laid. He has the power to come down from the Cross but Love does not permit Him. For should He, then humanity would have been eternally doomed. For the blood would not have been shed, He would not have died vicariously as was the original plan and purpose of God. In addition, the price for our redemption would not have been fully paid. Moreover, the New Testament would have been of non-effect in that, the New Covenant must have to be ratified by the blood of the Lamb Jesus. For the scripture that cannot be broken bears this witness that, without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission of sins (Heb 9:22).

LIFE THROUGH DEATH

His willful surrender of His power and authority, led to His been apprehended in Gethsemane from where He was led to judgment, and then death. He has the power to defend Himself against arrest, judgment and death. For we see from the record of the gospel that they who came to arrest Him upon exchanging words with Him, moved backward and fell to the ground thrice. For by this, He demonstrated that, His arrest was a willful surrender without which they have no power over Him at all. However, for the salvation of man, which is the object of His love, He chooses to remain silent. To this, the Holy Spirit by the mouth of Isaiah the prophet testified saying: All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. (Isaiah 53:6-7).

He willfully allowed His ‘HORN’ to be caught in the thicket. The thickets here now signifying the cunning sleights, and crafts of men, their slanders, their lies, and their skillfully woven accusations calculated to implicate Him, and for which He was arrested, and brought to judgment before the gentile governor Pilate. Where He was tried, and condemned to death. Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers take counsels together, against the LORD and against His anointed, saying let us break their bands asunder and cast away their cords from us (Psalm 2:1-3).
