Dedication
This book is dedicated to my sister, Shuron Michelle Scott, who I miss dearly, and also to my son, K.J., who helped to initiate a true point of healing in my life.
Introduction
Have you ever felt alone and in need of encouragement but you wanted to resolve these feelings without actually having to talk to someone? This book contains a compilation of poems that were written during various times of need. Although created while feeling extremely weak, strengths were created from those weaknesses and now this book is being created to share these moments, in hopes of encouraging and motivating others to also overcome desperate times of need. When there is a need for encouragement and motivation, this book serves as a powerful resource. It can help anyone that is willing to accept help from someone else. Live and Love Life gives the opportunity for the audience to become encouraged, while also being entertained. Readers will enter a new realm of happiness and also have a greater strength and more motivation than they did prior to reading this literary work.

But, even in distance and being apart, together—we stand.
Solitude helps to refresh and thus far rejuvenates being human.
Sporadic distance from everyone and
