She devotes time to conducting volunteer work, which includes tutoring children, as well as, helping members in her community. She has been writing for the past twenty five years and finds writing to be therapeutic, while also utilizing it as a tool to inspire others. Her hobbies consist of a multitude of activities, including networking, cooking, entertaining family, exercising, interior decorating, attending festivals, playing games, and traveling. She believes that it is possible for anyone to live and love life, as long as they first love God and then their self. Overall, she loves God and seeks to demonstrate that love by helping others.

      Have you ever felt alone and in need of encouragement but you wanted to resolve these feelings without actually having to talk to someone? This book contains a compilation of poems that were written during various times of need. Although created while feeling extremely weak, strengths were created from those weaknesses and now this book is being created to share these moments, in hopes of encouraging and motivating others to also overcome desperate times of need. When there is a need for encouragement and motivation, this book serves as a powerful resource. It can help anyone that is willing to accept help from someone else. Live and Love Life gives the opportunity for the audience to become encouraged, while also being entertained.
