    Starting a diet plan like keto is not always a problem for the first few weeks, but can become tricky as time goes on, especially when you are on a busy schedule.

    One of the major reason so many people have abandon their diet plan, is because they feels its time and energy consuming to follow through with the right kind of meal; just after few weeks of being on the diet. That is why the slow cooker is perfect and highly recommend as your number one cook partner to help you with your keto diet journey.

    Slow cooker brings to reality the dream of getting back home tired from work to meet a healthy and hot meal waiting for you without going through the stress of cooking. Since cooking your meal is very important when you are on a low carb diet, and you cannot easily grab a bit of pizza, bread, pasta at the last minutes.

    I have combine in this book a variety of healthy, delicious and easy to prepare dishes to make any time of the day or week, just fix it and leave to cook by itself. Ketogenic diet has just been made better with the slow cooker.

    There are different sizes of slow cookers, ranging from 1-7. Bigger cooker (5-7) are best for large cut of meat and soup or cooking for more than five people or want to have leftovers. Smaller cookers are best for sauces and dips. A medium cooker is best if you are cooking for not more than four people.
