PREFACE

The primary focus of this book, is precisely pivoted to the plights of those who are poor, who have been forced into an entrapment illusions of the Aid or Help programs. These awful captivating illusions, were brought about by the zealousness of the Aid or help programs providers. More objectively, to focus on the ceremonials illusions of Aid or Help programs, which are being giving to those who are poor. The Aid programs are being giving to those poorer countries continuously or on periodical basics, with no end insight. Additionally to examine the dreariness, of ill effects and the impacts which this ill conceived Aid or Help programs, have on those poor, who are presently receiving it. Moreover precisely to examine the conditions, of those who are poor individuals, on the help programs or welfare. Who are sitting or waiting on the line, for the minuscule help, for their daily survival. The second part of these tame, are pivoted on those who are among the poorer Countries. Those who thinks that they are doing the right thing, by remaining so comfortably, into perpetuity on the Aid programs. More precisely to illuminate on the reasons, why the Help for the poor is against the poor. More objectively to broadly present the plights of those poor who are being neglected, who are willfully undermined by the society. Those who are voiceless in their circumstances, in every meaningful ways. Meaning those who are the typically poor, among the very poor in the society. Purposely to make the issues of poverty relevant to all humanity in general. More of the same, to give credence to the issues of this magnitude, should indeed be an endeavors of all humanity. In so doing, there will be a broaden views by a greater numbers of humanity, on the stringent issues relating to poverty.

Broadly speaking, the issues which are relating to the poor and poverty, are very volatile from every prospective, as humanly are concerned. The work that is entailed in this endeavor are monumental but with a daunting task. The task that are involved in this endeavor are quite illuminating, as well a very interesting matter indeed. The issues relating to the poor and poverty are quite clearly, visible from every spectrums as well real. But the objective of this issue, as it have being presented in this book, as a whole, are mainly for the enrichment of every human mind, regardless of once profession. Ideally to provide insights on a daring issues to me, as well to assist those who are seeking to acquire, a better understanding, on the issues which are relating to the plights of those who are poor, just beyond themselves. This is an issue which will illuminate, as well broaden the views of every enlightened mind, including those who have little or no interest of those who are poor. This facet of foresight to so many people, will be true, irrespective of once profession and irrespective of once positions in the society, which they are belongings.

Regardless of how one chooses to interacts with the subject matters in -question, which is the issues relating to the plights of those who are poor. Irrespective of once personal interest or personal passions, on the issues relating to the plights of poor. As it can be said in so many ways, as well like so many things in life, there are going to be a point that will not converge and this is true as humanly are concerned. Evidently there are always going to be a point of preference, based on the two dimensions principles. Which means that at the points in-question, there are bound to be a personal interest, a personal preference, as to the discretions of once approval or disapproval. So also are the matters which are relating to the issues of poor and poverty. In every society. But hopefully that, such personal intuitiveness, will be based on a calmness of the head, with fear of God in the heart. Hopefully that such personal passions are not base on human pride, argumentative or arrogance which might prevent once ability to see thing right. On the whole, there is only one thing, that can not be denied and that is absolutely the plights of the poor. Obviously this can be affirmed, irrespective of personal interest on points of view. That will be the profound truth about the issues, which are affecting those who are poor. The issues of poverty, which have withered the physicality of those who are poor are quite apparent from every spectrum. Indeed the state of poor and poverty, are that it have altered the indelible spirits of those who are poor, to the lowest ebbs. The conditions of those who are poor, are more the same every where throughout the whole world and their conditions are typical, irrespective of the geographical regions of the world. The conditions of those who are poor are the same every where, irrespective of the individuals residency, country of origins, religious affiliations. This is equally true, irrespective of the continents, which they are belonging and their conditions are the same. Those issues which are relating to the plights of the poor and their states of poverty, have been the primary interest. Those are the primary issues, the passions which this book have come to embrace, express, as well vowed to convey to both the elites and as well to the commoners every where around the globe.

The objectives of this book are therefore, not meant to ignored the modicum of help coming to the poor nor to reprobate the goodwill of those who are providing Help or Aid to the poor individuals and those of the poorer countries. Neither is it meant to look down on the poor, with disdains and diminutive, of their capabilities. But mainly to pointing out the lines of faults and the pitfalls before them, which the poor should do every thing, in their power to avoid. On the whole the poor have to know that, they have the greatest responsibility, on the issues which are affecting their lives, as to make some little adjustments thereof. Obviously it is quite imperative that the poor should know that, there are no any amounts of monetary help or Aid that can be sufficient for a life time or that can be a true solution, to the individuals for every needs nor can be a true solution for every societal problems.

Because there will be absolutely, no any amount of monetary budgeting, that can mitigate the true personal efforts, on any issue facing human being in general and not even the poor. Therefore the actual solution can only be found, through personal efforts and a complete commitments. Which will also mean to refrain, as well to putting a limits on the use of the Aid or Help programs. That help or Aid programs which the poor have come to love and depends on it more often than ever. Again the carelessness use of an unevenness of the external Aid or Help programs, have made the conditions of those poor worsen off, at every level with more problems. There will indeed be no any meaningful out come, in the illusiveness use of the Aid or Help programs. Except those which are based on personal efforts and embarked with hard working ethics. Most importantly, the poor hard working ethics, should continually followed with commitments, by embracing on a well design learning process.

Evidently, there have been a vigorous efforts, which have being made, as to envisage the plights of those who are poor, precisely from various platforms. Purposely as to be able to illuminate more insight and understanding on the issues as volatile as this. Intuitively this is not only to share an understanding on the plights of those who are poor but also to examine the various parts that constitutes the issues of poverty. More precisely to see the indelible parts that constitutes poor and more precisely to assent who are the poor. There are some poor that are mainly based on the minds thoughts, which is out of realty and those which are base on the greediness of some people. There are also those that are based on lack of the will of the mind or lack of the sense of applicable principle of knowledge. There are also some of the poor issues, that are based on the Natural occurrences. There are those aspects of poor which are based on the universal laws, which must be, regardless of all human committed efforts as to avoid it. There are those poverty which are mainly due to the human selfishness of mind and the irreprehensible acts of greediness in those society every where today, regardless of the country.

In the process of this daunting task, a host of issues has crept up and those points which have not being anticipated initially have arisen because of the volatility of the issue in question. Nonetheless a considerable precious efforts have being made to address each aspects of those points in question. Mainly for the convenient of readers, for a better understanding relating to the subject matters. In any volatile subject matter like this, there are bound to be a point where ideal and passions are interplay for various reasons. Irrespective of once passions at every level but idealistic point you will be able to know who are the poor and be able know whether the Aid or Help programs have actually work well, in favor of the poor. You will indeed be able to know who are the primary Aid or Help providers. Here in this book, it may be possible to examine the Aid or Help programs from every spectrum of your interest. Explore the relationship between those who are poor and the Aid or Help providers. Strictly speaking at the finality you will inevitably come out with an astounding statements, that the poor are stooge of the Aid or Help programs providers. Which will make it possible for you to see, whether the poor have actually benefited from the ceremonial Aid programs.

Additionally to see how the most intended promises, about the goodness of the Aid programs have being proven to be a failure, as well resulted in a false hope.

The bitter ends to those poorer countries, are the lost of their true independent, their mobility of doing things right, to the position of dependency, on the worthless manipulative of Aid programs. The truth about the lost of their true freedoms, that was once existed in every parts of their society, have suddenly disappeared. Mainly to the point of inheriting a chaotic society, which is full of crimes waves every where. With rampant of lawlessness among men and women, irrespective of their office holding or their position of authority in the society. These carelessness of actions and inactions have created allots of conflicts every where, in those society. Strictly speaking, to the point of ruining, those society. Their mobility have being withered, coupled with senselessness of drugs and meaninglessness of wars. The imparts of all these are the horrific carelessness of inactions, which are nothing, but mainly an absolute destructions of those society.

This book is entirely dealing with the plight of the poor, which strikes fears like a thunder in the heart of every one, both the old and the young. It strikes fears in the mind of every one, both the rich and the poor. Obviously the issues of poverty is just like an epidemic, infectious disease, that strikes a deadly fears in the mind of people. Simply because, the nature of thunder strikes and the nature of an infectious disease are truly real. Strictly speaking, those ideal situations are quite serious, quite dreary, as well fearsome to almost every one, both near the vicinity or afar thereof, regardless

While the issues of poor and poverty are so scaring to so many people and it sounds, just like an infectious disease to so many people. Intuitively, such infectious disease seems to be deadly, as such every body, will tries to escape from the harm and not to be cut down. Obviously this metaphor will apply to both the rich and poor, equally young as well the old. Instinctively this is an important matter, which have been with the humanity, since the existence of human being, on this podium, known as the earth., Additionally, the issue of poverty, strictly affects about ninety eight [98 %] of the world population directly or indirectly. Therefore the issue of poverty is quite enormous from every point of view. As such, the issues of poverty, does not need to be handle with finesse nor the easiness state of mind. Simply because no human adroitness wait nor efforts alone can be able to resolve the issues of poverty. Without embarking on the adroit efforts, with truthfulness, hard work and the sincerity of heart.

Obviously the problem with poverty, will surely continues to arises, simply because allots of people do not wants to hear the truth, about any thing and not even the issues of poverty. Except to state that those segment of ad-hoc plunders, will only take heed and listens when it affects them directly. The typicality of those theme, can be seen from the totality economical collapsed, of the 2008. Broadly speaking, those who were so arrogant about the state of their wellbeing, that looked down on the poor and now ran out of options. If I can humbly state, those who use to call themselves middle class, well to do class, now suddenly fell to the podium of the poor, scrambling for food. These boisterous, arrogant, pitiable, men and women, that despised the poor. Suddenly they falls from their lovable, position, to the platform of the poor for food. When the economical loaded spring snaps, they end up loose the job, their lovable home and their cars. These pitiable men and women ought to giving thanks to the poor for their long time experiences,

Strictly speaking the issues of poverty have been in associative with humanity, since the existence of human lives on this podium, which we humbly calls the earth and come to know as the earth. An indelible place, which we have come to known, as well associate with lives and as human inhabitations. The issues of poverty transcends across every plat forms of human lives, it is generally across every plane of human lives and it is strictly embedded into every human endeavors.
