A couple of years ago I wrote Emma’s Summer Adventure. I had so much fun writing about the grandchildren that I decided to write another story for them.Thinking that all kids, young and old, love Christmas, Santa Claus, dogs and cookies. I chose to use these ideas plus three of the grandkids as my story theme.

I am proud to dedicate The Strange Christmas Dream to my beautiful and very headstrong daughters Marie Ellen and Nichole Lynn, to my gorgeous wife Judy, to the dogs, who are a large part of the family—they’re spoiled worse than the kids. I especially dedicate this story to my five grandkids. You guys are always in my and grandma’s thoughts, you guys have a special place in our hearts.

A huge thank you to Judy for taking an interest in my story and donating her time into getting The Strange Christmas Dream published into a book. Also a special thank you to Miss Patricia L. DeLeon for creating the great illustrations that bring the characters to life.

I hope you enjoy The Strange Christmas Dream.

It was a beautiful late fall morning. The wind had howled all night, but as the sun came up, the wind died down. Emma and Tyler ran outside to play catch tossing a little bitty acorn back and forth. The morning dew made their tiny feet damp. Come on you two, Momma
