PART 1:

The Starting-Block

MY STORY

I was born in fear and have lived in it. The only thing which I knew as a child was the security and the safety of a womb full of fear.

My parents were very kind. At the time, I believed that they were harming me. However, now that I have understood that we are the creators of our life and our reality, I would not want to judge them at all. They thought, since I was an only daughter, that their sole duty was to protect me. They believed that the best way to do so was to instil fright into me. They made me understand that my best weapon was fear and that, when I had no fear, I was causing harm and bringing death to those I loved. The result was that, every time I felt no fear, I felt guilty of death.

I had no alternative to being in fear. I had to satisfy my parents’ whims, to give ground to all their wishes, in order to prove that I wanted them to live. Otherwise, if I dared to do something I loved, but of which they did not approve, I should fear, because this was proof that I wanted them to die. I was between the devil and the deep blue sea… They did not approve of anything I longed for as a child. If I was doing it, I was guilty of death; if I was denying it, I was killing my own self. Slowly and gradually, the seeds of fear within my heart were growing and flaring up. Fear was increasing and spreading like a huge, tall tree with unbelievably deep roots.

Fear was enfolding me from all sides. It was crippling me, it was destroying me, but it had become my sole friend. It was all around in order to keep me away from whatever I loved most, to push me into despair and murky darkness. I could not enjoy anything any more. I learnt to cut myself off from everything and to give up my dreams. However, as this was not a conscious process, I was thinking that I could blame others for this injustice, for the pain I was feeling, for my countless wounds. When I was offering some joy to myself, I was fearing that I would kill my parents and I was punishing myself. I was everything: the punishment, the punisher and the punished one. I was entirely distressed. When my fear was great and intense, I was feeling that I was saving my parents, that only then was I loving them and that only then was I good enough to deserve to live.

Fear was gradually becoming for me an end in itself. I was living and existing through it. I was like a mouse in its hole. In the thickest darkness. It is, therefore, not at all strange that I was disappointed by all people and things and that I had the feeling that I was not really living. There were only two alternatives for me: either to fear and cut myself off from whatever I liked most, or to enjoy myself and feel such guilt that self-punishment was the only thing that brought atonement.

It was then that existence favoured me with three wonderful little boys. They were so kind, so handsome and so conscious, wise I would even say, and I was full of love and joy. My fear flared up. It flooded me to such an extent that I fell ill. My soul no longer breathed, I had lost my balance, deep inside me I wanted to die.

I could no longer face my fear which had utterly exhausted me. Such was the threat, like a monster which was putting my life in danger. I consulted physicians, specialists and psychoanalysts. They did whatever they could, but they were not able to help me. I was feeling like losing my strength day by day; I was surrendering all of it to my fear. I believed that only fear could save me, as it was my fear that I had learnt to see as my saviour and protector. The only thing that could not happen was for me to let it go. It had consumed the whole of me.

Year after year, my little boys were growing up and becoming more and more charming. As time was passing, my fear was flaring up more and more till I ceased to exist. Only my fear existed in my life. I was entirely dependent on it as on a heavy drug. I was sinking more and more. I had completely identified with my fear; we had become one, I neither existed nor breathed outside it.

It was then that something unexpected happened which pushed me to a complete volte-face. By chance, I met an old friend who had just begun to engage in self-awareness and meditation. During a conversation we had over a cup of coffee, she explained to me that the vibration of fear I radiated was very dangerous for my children. Light entered my heart and understanding my soul. My journey started at that very moment. I sensed that, if my love for my children was genuine, I had to try and get to the bottom of the matter and to alter this vibration. The light of hope sent a ray within me. The process of change had started.

Today, thirty years later, I have at last seen clearly the illusion in which I lived. This is why I say that my love for my children was the catalyst. It was the light that illuminated all the paths I followed, the key that opened all doors for me, the secret that dispelled all my doubts. Only recently have I accepted to sacrifice my fear on the altar of my love for my children. Since then, my whole fear surfaced, as has done the fear of all mankind. Together with Archangel Raphael’s gift which will enable us to face our fear, to accept it and to transmute it, to see behind its trials and challenges: the great gift of Love…

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL

Humanity has a guardian angel, exactly as we do. His name is Archangel Raphael.

Raphael is the Archangel responsible for healing the Earth and its inhabitants. I feel that, with the coming of the New Age, Raphael’s mission is acquiring more importance than ever.

His name means God heals or God has healed. Raphael is willing to help all those who seek wholeness and healing. He assists us to heal our bodies, minds and hearts by helping us to align with our Source.

Raphael is seen walking with a caduceus entwined with a snake symbolizing healing and he is always available to guide us towards the attainment of maximum health if we only ask for it. Raphael is the Archangel who heals through joy and activates the healer within us. He is also the Angel of science, knowledge and harmony.

Archangel Raphael is known as the Divine Physician and has always been associated with healing physical, emotional and spiritual problems. He is also known as the Angel of abundance, creativity and teaching. He combines teaching and healing when he helps us to reconnect with divine love and teaches us to learn from the wounds we inflict on ourselves through our thoughts, words and actions. He can also heal relationships between two people or between two countries.

I have also always liked Archangel Raphael’s other important role: overseer of the turning winds. I have always imagined him standing in the East and ruling the air element. He is, along with Ramiel, an angel of great compassion. He brings humour, laughter and joy with his presence and lightness into the hearts of those who are in communication with him.

Raphael is also willing to help anyone desiring to learn. He helps you eliminate the stress and express your thoughts accurately in the course of an examination.

Ask Raphael to restore unity and balance in your life; he will help. Use your breath for this healing, as he is associated with the air element.

He is also able to assist you releasing all pain from past wounds and feel loved and whole again.

What Raphael does not want is your disempowerment. He is willing to assist you along the way, but he will not walk it for you. He will support you, guide you, encourage you, but he will lead you to your own empowerment: he will insist on your seeing your God as well within. You must never forget that he has no right to heal you without your consent. So, you have to be in a receptive mood in order to allow the healing.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL

I remember that, one day, my closest friend (David McKibbin) gave me a book on Archangel Raphael. At the time, the only thing I knew about this Archangel was that he was the Archangel of the Fifth Ray of healing and the twin flame of Mother Mary. I also knew of him from the Book of Tobit and the Book of Enoch.

Nowadays, Raphael is among my favourite Archangels and I communicate with him every day, seeking support and guidance for myself, for others, for our planet, for the Universe. This most gentle Archangel is always there, ready to unfold his wings, to put them around me and to whisper some magical words. His aim is not to present me with solutions, but to help me become aware of my divinity, my power and my ability to create. When he feels that I am trying to disempower myself and to render myself small and helpless, he just keeps silent. He respects my choice and waits with forbearance for me to wake up. I have come to understand that he says yes to my free will, along with the whole Universe, and that he cannot interfere.

Many times, I ask Archangel Raphael to touch my hand so that I sense his warmth and be in a position to carry out with his help the difficult changes which I have decided to create for myself. I feel his gentle touch and, as tears start to well up in my eyes, I find the strength to accept to love myself and to become conscious of the God within me.

His presence is always gentle and as cool as the breeze. It strokes me, relaxes me and reassures me. He is never uncharitable. I always feel him as a warm flame in my heart which protects me and provides me with security and safety. What I sense when Archangel Raphael is next to me is wisdom and strength, but a strength so serene and luminous that it is self-evident and lasting, that nobody can doubt its real and eternal nature. A strength, however, which, although omnipotent, does not shout, but just sings, like a music that permeates all my human cells with divine quintessence. For me, this is the first sign of heaven on Earth. For me, this is the knowledge that the New Age has arrived; it is not a simple guess, it is the spectacular proof.

I would not be able to enumerate here the thousands of miracles which have been achieved through Archangel Raphael’s divine support and love. I will just share with you a few things that may induce you to believe, not in him, but in your own divine existence and your own greatness. This is, in any case, what I think that Archangel Raphael would expect you to do: to become aware of what you truly are, to get to know by yourselves your splendid existence and the role you have played and continue to play as part of God on Earth. The only thing he wishes is to shed light on your path so that you can travel through it. It is a simple and easy thing for you to walk when there is light on your path, because you can then see exactly where you are heading for.

I will share with you three of the many miracles I have experienced with Archangel Raphael’s help and love.

When my grand-daughter, my beloved Raphaela, was born, she had an infantile cataract problem. Her parents consulted top specialists, but the latters’ opinions were too numerous, divergent and just confusing, not to mention that some of these medical people were abroad and proposed solutions both extremely difficult to implement and eminently expensive. I then suggested to the parents to agree to us all participating in a channelling with Archangel Raphael and asking him for a message. They accepted. The Archangel assured us that everything was well and guided us towards a solution which was practical, most effective and, at the same time, financially acceptable. The right specialist was found and helped Raphaela to acquire a perfect vision.

One day, on the other hand, one of my sons confided to me that he was facing a quite serious health problem. He was surprised at the calm and self-assuring way with which I confronted the situation. I immediately sought contact with Archangel Raphael who again assured me that my son was well and that I would soon find out from the results of the medical tests that he was cured. This is exactly what happened: after a few days, my son had fully healed.

Some time later, a problem arose with another of my sons who suddenly found himself in a very difficult situation, like the one we use to refer to as the dark night of the soul. He was feeling entirely lost and was unwilling to get any help from me. I appealed to Archangel Raphael for help and guidance. Shortly after that, my son started making changes in his life and seeing light at the end of the road. Since then, he consistently takes sound decisions and I see him smiling again.

I am deeply grateful for the love and friendship I am offered by Archangel Raphael every day. If you were to open your heart to him, I know that he would also grant you all his love and invaluable support.

THE REVELATION

While I was working on my fear, I found myself walking on stiff and rough paths. I was determined, however, to reach its root cause so as to help myself and to stop harming my children. At the time, I did not suspect that I was opening a door which quite a few others could pass through.

I was watching my fear daily from every side in order to get to know it better and demystify it. I quickly came to understand that this process would require much courage and strength. At the time, I ignored where this strength could be found, but I decided that I would find it. Finally, as I discovered at a later stage, everything is a matter of decision. Along with it came the courage.

As my fear was surfacing from incredible depths, I was realizing that it wanted to tell me something, something very important, the acceptance of which would cause me great pain. I called upon beloved Archangels and Masters for help. I was feeling that their presence would give me the necessary support to overcome my self.

I was realizing, more often than not, that something was inexorably drawing me towards what I most feared and that I had no control over this something, that it was somehow impossible for me to avoid it.

Then, in an explosion of light, awareness and revelation came: I was afraid of what I was subconsciously desiring and trying to create. The fear was simply a warning to beware. It is under this light that I pursued my research over many years and this is what I was constantly experiencing and proving. Every time awareness was there, I refrained from creating what I feared, since the light of consciousness was brighter. I tell you on my own authority: What we fear, we subconsciously desire, we subconsciously create. I decided to share this extraordinary revelation with those amongst you who feel that it resonates in some part of their being.

It took me as many years to find the reason. Why do we subconsciously want to create what we most fear? The explanation only came to me in the course of the past year (2011): because of the guilt we carry in our collective unconscious, we wish to create what we fear so as to punish ourselves in order to atone for our alleged sins. It was almost impossible for me to accept this, but I managed to do so in the end.

The light from this revelation was so bright that I do not need to fear any more, as there is no reason to punish myself. I saw that I am innocent; I saw love as the highest virtue of all. Fear has neither role to play inside me nor any aim to fulfil. I can easily transform it into love for myself. I can easily live. I can easily accept my divine being. I can easily say at the top of my voice that our life on Earth is wonderful and that it flows effortlessly, without any obstacles, without any ugliness. It is easy for us to welcome heaven down here, on our planet. It is easy to embrace the Earth, to respect it and heal it with our love. The appreciation we feel for ourselves makes everything easy as if it has been touched by a magic wand.

This is what I want to tell you: All of you, fellow-travellers, you have such great worthiness, such beauty, such love that you can allow the New Age to come easily and put an end to all sorrow…

The Quest

My beloved Archangel Raphael,

I invite you today and ask you to speak about fear. As mankind is currently in a deep economic crisis, in a deep crisis of values, in despair over climate change, global warming, wars, I thought that we should examine which is the main cause of all these which are occurring; what our mirror, our reflection upon the planet, is seeking to tell us; what we should know as human beings and how we can help each and every individual separately and the whole of mankind to achieve the transition to the New Age. My intuition tells me that now is the moment, that never was the time more appropriate, and I rely on you, my beloved Archangel, to shed some light on the issue of fear. I sense deep inside me that this whole situation that was created is in some way linked to our fear, to a strong fear we have developed over the centuries through our incarnations and which gets stronger and shows no sign of abating.

My beloved Archangel Raphael,

I would very much like to know what you can tell us on this issue. I have worked sufficiently on fear, I have made a lot of discoveries on my own and I am aware of some things to which I was led by my need to face my fear; and this I owe to my love for my children. I might have had a contract with them or they offered me the chance to see and to choose to face my fear instead of ignoring it. I would like you, therefore, to shed for us a ray of light so that we see fear more clearly, more effectively. I know that you are the Archangel who handles fear and that we can put our fear in your hands so that its weight is lifted from our shoulders. Whatever you have to say, I will appreciate it very-very much, my beloved Archangel Raphael. I thank you.

Our beloved Magdalena,

I have been waiting for long for this moment when you would invite me to speak to you about fear. I was watching your struggle to go deep into this issue and to understand it in order to help yourself in the first place. However, now the time has come for you to help a large number of others as well. Millions of them.

The reason why you had to face in your life some difficult and intense challenges was that, in fact, it was necessary to find an individual with such experiences who could speak in an authentic way through his own truth and genuinely help through his own prestige and not only on the basis of knowledge borrowed from other sources, but of experiences which he acquired by himself, which he lived through in his everyday reality. This is very important. It is a different thing to get to know something from books, from others who have spoken and taught about fear and it is an altogether different thing to have experienced fear personally, to have gone through its difficulties or predicaments, to have passed through all its channels and paths and have managed to come out strong and gained the knowledge purely through your very self and the labours that you yourself have accomplished.

We had been waiting for you for long, Magdalena, and we did not want to assign this issue to anybody else, because the work you have performed is truly extremely important. We do greatly admire your courage, because an enormous courage is needed in order to acquire awareness, to admit some truths which were causing you untold fear and were hardly acceptable. Not everyone has such courage and we saw and knew that your love for your three sons would help you find such courage although your fear was overcoming and paralyzing you.

Moreover, there is another reason why we addressed ourselves to you to speak about fear. You have the courage that is needed to disseminate these messages to mankind, telling them, teaching them. Huge boldness is needed here, because these are the hardest messages ever to be told. Really. Strong messages which no one wants to hear and, especially, to accept. They are too heavy for human shoulders. A huge courage is, therefore, needed for someone to come out and state them and, above all, to admit them in the first place, as, if you seek to offer any insight to others, you have to start by seeing it yourself, accepting it and working it out for it to become your own. If it is not your own, you simply cannot take it further, impart it. You will have neither the authority nor the ability to communicate it.

Exactly as it happens with teachers. On the one hand, there are teachers who have a deep knowledge of a certain subject, but no ability to impart it to their pupils; they may have written treatises and be knowledgeable about their subject, but, as long as they are not in a position to impart it, their pupils are unable to profit from it. On the other hand, there are teachers who may not have as much knowledge as the others, but are endowed with a divine ability to communicate and their pupils do understand solely because the teacher’s perception is imparted through his ability. You, Magdalena, are such a teacher. And this we want you to know and accept and I believe that you will have this imparting capacity in order to help thousands of people be relieved from their fear.

Do you know exactly what this means? If you help people to be relieved from their fear, it will no longer be necessary for all this fear to reflect on events, on what occurs to mankind and the planet. When a critical mass stops identifying with its fear, wars will come to an end; the same will happen with global warming and climate change, the economic crisis, poverty, hunger, atrocities and aggression. Ugliness on Earth, diseases, problems, even death, as we know it to date, will also come to an end. Death will be a sweet, painless and fearless passage. It will be as simple as if you were passing through your doorstep.

All that is happening on Earth today is but a mirroring of the fear which you have closed in your soul as human beings. It is nothing else. You radiate fear and you get fear in return: fear for your welfare, your life, your health, your relationships, your spiritual peace, your planet. All these phenomena which you encounter now in your everyday reality on Earth make you fear more. The reason why they happen is because you radiate your own hidden fear which you are not aware of and, therefore, are not aware of vibrating it. These phenomena are there solely to make you confront your fear. Mankind has not yet reached such a level of consciousness as to understand these phenomena by itself. It needs some help, your help, and you have signed the contract to lead it there. Do extend this help to it.

Your book will sell like hot cakes, Magdalena, and I tell you this at this moment when you still do not know when you will start writing it. Because you have experienced all this, you have lived in fear and experienced its ugliness and you have expressed the will to take a step and get out from the womb of fear. You have suffered a lot and this is why you have said that you owe everything to your three sons, these sweet children, because they have offered you the gift of love and, thanks to this love, you have found and still find the strength to stare at your fear in the face. Because your fear was linked to their life, the sound condition of their body, their health, their happiness, and you had said: I will do everything to help them be joyful and happy and, in case of need, I will sacrifice my fear, even if I have to go through this spiritual death which looks insuperable to me, as if I could not confront it.

I also remember that, although this was your big problem, you agreed to help your parents when they were leaving their physical body so that they could have an easier journey. You braved your fear when, although this was the worst challenge that could come to you, you opened their coffins and anointed them with violet energy.

You passed your tests, Magdalena, one by one. And now the time has come for you to be personally rewarded for this; for your suffering to come to an end and for you to very easily leave fear behind and be led to the love which you always wanted to experience and make yours. I do understand what you say about these children having led you there. I do understand what you say, that it was worth you sacrificing even your fear which looked for you as being your very life. The life of your ego, of course. There is no bigger sacrifice, however. The biggest sacrifice we ask from you is for you to sacrifice the life of your ego; of your fear, in other words. And this is not a sacrifice, because we ask you to give us precisely what you do not wish to keep. We do not ask you to give up what you want and what brings you joy. You give us only what you do not need, what you loathe most, what really repels you and what you want to get rid of. This is the only sacrifice we ask from you and all Masters on Earth ask this very sacrifice, as your Master Osho did, Magdalena. This is what he asked from you: to sacrifice your ego, to sacrifice your fear.

Fear is the biggest ego there is. There is no bigger ego. They say that those who are supposed to love their self are selfish. Whoever really loves himself has come in contact with his divinity. He is not selfish; he is really and authentically full of love, without an ego. Those whom you consider to be selfish may do things for themselves, but do not give true love to their self; they offer it secondary things, relationships without any substance. They do this in order to hide the void that is within them, in fact in order to hide the lack of love for themselves. They play a game. They delude themselves. They pretend to be interested in their self so as to think that they are taking care of it; but the objects of their interest are not a sign of true love for themselves, they are not what brings peace, brings joy, brings consciousness.

The biggest gift of love to yourself is awareness and we have said that awareness is light. When we are in the light, we see and, therefore, know where we are heading for. On the contrary, the worst you can give to yourself is darkness and ignorance, because there you do not see anymore, you do not know where to go to, how to move forward. Fear is the deepest darkness. At this very moment, mankind is fighting its battle. It is not fighting against any enemy or alien beings which allegedly invade your planet. It is fighting against its fear and the way to get the upper hand is more light. This is why so many individuals become bearers of light, become conscious and bring more light and knowledge to the world. If you surf on the internet, if you peruse books, you will find out that something new comes every day to bring light into your life.

Information is now a continuous flow so as to help mankind. This information comes naturally to some, through channellings. It reaches others in an indirect way, through something they have read or heard of. For you, this information comes out from the depth of your soul. You have experienced it all. This is why we trust you so much to eradicate all vagueness around this topic and to reinstate its clarity; to raise it from the basement of the unconscious up to the conscious level. To the light. It is yours. It is not something you were given by somebody else, but something which you looked for and found and experienced for yourself. It is not information for you. It is life itself. It is a fundamental truth of life. You have paid for it with your soul, with your love, with this painful death of the ego. You have paid for it in many ways.

Do always remember that, through this, thousands of people will find salvation; they will find their truth, their divinity; they will find their self-respect. Thousands of people will pass from darkness to light, from fear to love. Thousands of people will signal the New Age, when divine energy will come down to Earth and life will no more be a fight for survival, but the fulfilment of your dreams, the fulfilment of your wishes, a confirmation of your greatness and your worth. What nicer thing could you offer mankind, Magdalena?

We, some Archangels and Masters from the East and the West, have selected you. We have selected you because you represent a part of all of us. We want you to know that we all stand by your side. Not only I. I speak, because you asked to communicate with me, but you have the backing of us all. All of us want to offer this gift to mankind, at this moment of its final turning point.

Mankind, as you know it, has come to an end; you are at the moment of the final turning point, you are at the moment you had been expecting for ages, the moment when man will see his greatness, will come to know his divine substance, will accept his eternity. You live in the moment you have striven for through centuries of incarnations; you live in the moment of which you are the creators. It is perhaps a moment you could not live in if you had not chosen this road. You live in the moment of the salvation of the whole Universe, because you responsibly decided and chose to expand the world and preserve its eternity.

You live in the moment of your greatness. You too have to celebrate it and the only way to celebrate it is to get acquainted with your true nature, to get acquainted with love. There is no celebration in fear; in fear, there is real death. Thus, the moment has come for all of you to get acquainted with this truth: that you are divine love and that fear does not rule over you and does not control you as long as you do not surrender your strength to it. Up to this day, it has been a good friend; it has taught you a lot of things. At some point, however, you must take leave of it, because it too wants to experience its own mission. It was there in order to help you. As it now knows that it serves no purpose anymore, it wants to serve you by disappearing. It wants to offer you its transmutation into true love. It expects from you only one thing: your permission.

It is so, Magdalena. The time has come for all of you to allow fear to leave. This is the only thing you have to do. It is a choice. You ask yourself: will you grant fear permission to leave or will you keep it tight so that it poisons your soul? This is the quandary. Through this process, you will be sending a message to millions of people. Fear does not expect anything else from you at this point. Just that. That you grant it the permission to leave and, at the same time, that you allow love to settle on this planet which you loved, which is so beautiful and fills you with pride and joy. It is not difficult. This is it. So simple, but also so hard if one has not become conscious of it. So simple and so beautiful, beloved Magdalena. The departure of fear from the planet. The return of your love which will heal planet Earth for all it has suffered.

You cannot do anything from the outside. However many decisions you reach in conferences regarding global warming, all has to be done from within. By taking leave of your fear, by inviting love, the Earth will heal, since love is the best healing process. It will start radiating everywhere and the Earth will heal. All its wounds will be cured. At this point, all are open and festering so that fear, which culminates, goes away. Only conferences and decisions will be of no use. While fear will be going, the Earth will heal and its wounds will be cured. The Earth, rich and alive, will regain its true meaning and people will live happily and you will reach together another level of consciousness, a higher and luminous one. You have other missions to accomplish too, but they will not be painful any more. They will be love and light. They will be missions of joy, celebration, life. Life on Earth will no longer be a question mark. It will be the knowledge that you are gods as well, the knowledge that you are autonomous beings, the knowledge that you have a choice. The knowledge that, as Jesus said, whatever I can do, you too can do.

WHAT IS FEAR ?

I call upon Archangel Raphael to come here and enfold me in his love.

Beloved Archangel Raphael, I wish to thank you for all you have done for me and my family and I would like to ask you to take command of my children’s and my grand-children’s protection, as well as our own, so that we can be prosperous, loving and peaceful.

Archangel Raphael, I am calling upon you because I now have much experience in the field of fear. I am calling upon you so that we can cooperate and write a book about fear in order to help people and the planet to address this issue and to throw a lot of light on how to handle their fears and set themselves free from them so that they can enjoy love. Therefore, I will call upon you at more or less regular intervals, beloved Archangel, and I will ask you to speak about fear and on how we can transform it into love.

Today is Thursday, the 26th of November 2009. We would all be grateful if you could provide us with any comments, guidance, exercises or other insights to help us on this issue. Beloved Archangel, what is fear?

Good afternoon, beloved Magdalena. We love you very much up here, because you have an immensely pure heart, as we have told you many times, and because you are a wonderful healer and can heal others. When you are able to believe it, you will be in a position to heal them instantly. Remember this word from me: instantly. Instantly, where and when your belief flows with that energy. When you believe that you can heal instantly, you will be able to heal instantly. Where your belief goes, your power flows. This will happen soon, so be ready, because many will be healed under your love.

The first thing I want you to know is that, today, we are going to give you wings of healing, wings we have made from beautiful, radiating light and love. Your wings are going to be emerald green and you can visualize them every time you want to be peaceful and fearless. Remember: every time you feel some fear in your heart, just visualize the emerald green wings we are offering you today as a gift. It is a present from Mother Mary and me for all the good you do in your life, for all the trust and the love you give to us and others. This is our gift and, with the energy of these emerald green healing and loving wings, whenever there is fear in your heart and you visualize them, all fear will disappear and love is going to appear. Whoever comes under your beautiful emerald green wings is to be instantly healed. And it will be so.

What is fear? This is your first question and I feel that, deep down, you know the answer, but I am going to talk about it so that you can understand it better.

Fear is nothing else but the absence of love. Fear exists where love does not. Fear is there because love is not. When love is there, in your heart, in your mind, in your soul, fear cannot come in. These two visitors cannot both be there. If one is there, the other is missing. When your house is full of love and the loving master is inside, fear cannot enter. Fear is afraid to go where love is, because fear will have to die, fear will not be able to survive any more. Fear is afraid of love.

The only thing fear dreads is love. In fact, your question is very relevant, because fear is a kind of darkness and love is light. So, whenever light comes in, darkness disappears; whenever love comes in, fear disappears. It is very important to know this and, every time you feel fear in your heart, be sure that there is a way to transform it: by bringing love in. If your thoughts are fearful, bring loving thoughts in; if your feelings are fearful, bring loving feelings in. When you feel fear, start directing your feelings towards love: think of something that makes you feel love instead, say a word of love, remember a moment when you were full of love, and all fear will go.
