Almost all chapters are Bible Scriptures of what subjects God had wanted me to touch bases on. To let you all know and added are the words he wanted me to write to give you all an insight on what’s to come, what to look out for and what you have to do. To sum it all up Living the Life God want you to Live through Jesus Christ and also Jesus had something to tell you also so I hope you read and take heed and pray that it change your life like he did to me.

What this book is about

When God told me to write this book in August 04, 2011, he said to me Once you write this book your life will change and others also that was the day that I told him I surrender, by me just starting off I didn’t know what he was talking about. I said what? Write a book about the homeless people? I didn’t hear nothing so he sent me to Arkansas on August 14, 2011 he said Go to Arkansas.’’ So I went there and he trained me in the Holy Spirit himself. He taught me everything that is in this book. I remember what he told me about the town he want me to rebuild, I asked him why me? I don’t have no money, people don’t know me, who going to listen to me? and when I said I don’t have no money and people don’t know me he spoke to me and said not yet so I smiled and said okay what you want me to do? That day I put all my trust in what he told me and I believed it because he told me so and that’s one person the Father and his Son that I believe every word that comes out of his mouth. Till this day I’m still in shock how he used me I thought he wouldn’t want to use me after all I had done but he said once you repent, your sins are washed away. So I’m thankful, grateful and appreciate that I have him in my life and am able to do the work that he want me to do, as his servant. I used to say What is my purpose here, why am I living and now I know and that is a wonderful feeling, a wonderful thing and a wonderful life to know your purpose here on earth are you ready to know yours?

R.I.P to my Mom Paulette Calvin and my dad who I barely knew he passed away when I was young also, Carl Newsome also to my Grandmother Louvella Reed for raising her 8 plus 5 grand kids really raised all of the family goodhearted, kind hearted at times we thought she was mean but she just wanted us to live and know the right from wrong and now i understand Granny I still love you. To my Brother Malcom Hunt who been there for me and when God start speaking to me I would share it with him he was so caring and understood when nobody else believed or cared to listen to me thanx for not thinking I was crazy lil bro. My sister Latonya and Keisha Calvin may God continue to bless you and bring you to his path. To all my family Ola Woods thanks for taking me in when you did. To those who didn’t believe me I still love you, It just made me thrive more I have no hard feeling for the things that happen I love you regardless what, Am a child of God and love is the key to the door. Thank God for sending Jeffrey Okonkwo into my life when I asked God to send me someone in my life for me to go to church and get closer to God he tried, he kinda got off track trying to bring me to God path it wasn’t easy but with God anything is possible. He put people in your life to hut you and to help you but In the end the goodness of God may be shining through cause God discipline the ones he love, and I finally realize that god is the person you need in your life through Jesus Christ cause once you have him he will open doors for you that you couldn’t open and take you places in your life you never dreamed of cause he’s an awesome God. And also to the two children I aborted in my early 20’s, I can’t take back what I did but I am sorry and am thankful that God forgiven me cause if not i wouldn’t forgive myself. I never talked about it and after she came out with her book Mommy Let Me Live by: Lakisha Chapman it made me open up too, to be able to talk about it, but what’s done in the dark will come to light and remember God can set you free through Jesus Christ.

To my Mom for raising us when she had a chance to until your passing I thank God for the time I had with her cause I couldn’t have it at all. I know things happen for a reason but your child has become a child that will make you proud, all of us miss you but we know we will see one day in heaven. Thank you Granny for putting up with all of us and doing your best to raise and provide for us even when times got hard you didn’t give up it only made you strive stronger and when you had cancer you gave it a run for its sickness you didn’t give in easy you made it hard for that cancer to take you down and you had ran your fight long enough and just wanted to rest and it hurt me when you left but it was you running that race not me so I ask God to take you away from the suffering when I was able to see you before you passed away and to tell you I loved you and I never stop loving you and you said to me Shanna I love ya’ll too I just want to go in peace" I seen you had got tired of the race and you dropped out but you dropped out a soldier. To my Aunt sorry for how things happen but there a time for everything and things happen according to God timing and I love you and in time there will be. To Theresa Reed i love you and you listened to what I will tell you I know one day it will come to you how it came to me. To Tammy Calvin I love you and thank you for letting me stay when God told me to come back to Ga. To Geraldine Calvin I love you and God love you what you can’t see but only dream will come to pass and don’t let no one bring you down they don’t know what you can be tomorrow for our God, look at me, keep striving and when you get negative, think positive encourage yourself cause no one will bring you up only bring you down because that’s how Satan work they don’t know why they say but Satan know only to keep you down and from what God got for you. To Bishop Chukwudi for keeping me on my path of what God put me on and helping and encouraging me through the way and praying with me every time I called to pray for someone. To Jeffrey Okonkwo thank you for not giving up on me and knowing that I could change and believing I could. This is an Invitation to the Thirsty

Isaiah 55v1-13

Come all who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy and eat! Come; buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend your money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, Listen to me, and eat what is good and your soul will delight in richest of fare. Give ear and come to me; hear me that your soul may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promise to David. See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander to the peoples. Surely you will summon nations you know not, and nations that do not know you will hasten to you, because of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor. Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man its thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. ‘‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither your ways my ways,’’ declares the Lord ‘‘ As the heaven are higher than the earth, so as my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thought. This is the Year for the Lords Favor

Isaiah 61v1-11

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captive and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness Instead of mourning and a garment of praise Instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called the oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. They will rebuild an ancient ruin and restore the places long devastated they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations. Aliens will Shepard your flocks; foreigners will work your field and vineyards. And you will be called priests of the Lord, you will be named ministers of our God you will feed on the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast. Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs. "For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity. In my faithfulness I will reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them. Their descendants will be known among nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge they are the people the Lord has blessed.’’ I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For as the soil, makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.

If you don’t understand after reading this book I will remind you of this again so you may see this year is the Lords favor the things that was promised to us from our forefathers from our Lord will be given to those who seek him first and the rest shall follow that we may have also, because his gracious hand is upon us.

Chapter One

How I Got to Writing this Book

Would you like to live life abundantly as God wants his children to? If you want to then what’s stopping you? God didn’t put us here to suffer. In the bible he says you ask and you shall receive, so do you think he would lie to you? No! He wouldn’t, am going to tell you a story about how I got to this point in my life and doing my purpose in life through Jesus Christ from my Father. My Name is Shermeshia Calvin given to me from my Mom but God came to me in a dream and told me Your name is Shanna which means Gods Devine Grace. But I was never a strong church going person nor grew up like most kids rose up in Church and go every Wednesday and Sunday, I just knew there was a God through Jesus Christ. I use to ask myself Why am I here? Why am I living? Cause I had a hard life growing up so I use to say I wish I was dead but I made it to see the age I am now, so I knew I was here for something but didn’t know. I use to still continue to ask God What is my purpose here and why am I living God? I also said What is meant for me to do here on earth? I was having problems in every area of my life Satan attacked me from each and every way. He even used family members, anything he tried to tear me down he knew I had a amazing future ahead of me (by the grace of God) and I just let him do It. It’s so easy to give up then to put up a fight. I just let him attack me and bring me down and didn’t put a fight anymore I just lived for the sinful things of the world. But God didn’t give up on me he still was by my side and waited on me until I was ready for him and waited for me to leave Satan and all his evil ways of living life. So I was trying to see where I belong without a foundation of God, but you know if you don’t build with the foundation of God it will fall because he is the main part of our life until we take the time and notice the building will always fall. Until I moved to Georgia In April of 2010 the devil still followed and attacked me, but I would ask God to Send me a man who goes to church and put me in church he knew my heart so as in a month time I met this man and he told me about this church and I started going but at that time I was changing slowly for surely. I did a fast and I would pray to God and he would answer me as soon as I would pray, that was amazing feeling I was amazed and it was an inexpressible feeling, but it was a good feeling. So I started to hear his word and that was a wonderful feeling. But as I gave my life over God would take over in the areas I gave in to him he only can do what you allow him to do. By giving him the trust and opening your heart up so he can be able to do things. So leaf by leaf I had given my life over for God to handle instead of taking it in my own hands. I couldn’t do nothing but God can give me the solution to tackle and the knowledge to handle it so I was doing better but in some ways it ended up on me because he would show me and I ignored it and it ended up on me. Just as in proverb 1v23 if you had responded to my rebuke I would have poured out my heart to you and made my thoughts known to you. 24 but since you rejected me when I called and no one gave heed when I stretched out my hand. 25 since you ignored all my advice and not accept my rebuke, 26 I in return will laugh at your disaster; I will mock you when calamity over takes you. When calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirl wind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you. Then they will call to me but I will not answer they will look for me but will not find me. Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the lord. Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes for the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them. But whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear and harm. I had got in a situation of a bad relationship but for some time I couldn’t get out it was my only option of place at the time and for time I prayed for God remove me and I thanked him for doing so because I knew he would do it. After some time on an Tuesday afternoon I was at home by myself and the only thing was wrong was we wasn’t on talking terms and I was listening to gospel music and wisdom spoke to me and said you must leave, there is nothing here for you anymore and so I didn’t ask any question I packed my stuff and was going to but didn’t leave, but I didn’t know what was coming my way next and after I rejected the wisdom I paid for it and so that was a lessoned learned when you hear that voice speaking to you don’t ignore it, wisdom will speak to you and once you ignore you suffer the consequences for not listening. We can’t handle things on our own so I was trying in some areas but on August 4th 2010. A week before this day I had left the guy house and I was out looking for a job and wasn’t getting nowhere and I was fed up, it’s this feeling you get that feeling on the inside that go deeper than you can explain but you know you just want to surrender and I said God I give in all areas I can’t do it anymore I start crying while leaving an job interview cause things were just wasn’t going right no matter of what I did and I said I tried and I can’t do it so am asking you to tell me whatever you want me to do I will cause I can’t anymore i tried on my own am tired I give up what’s your purpose for me and he spoke to me 15 minutes later and said Once you write this book your life will change and others also I said about what?’’ cause I would feed the homeless. So he rescued me like a Father do and he bought me through and I gave him praise cause he deserves it, I was thanking him before he did it and after and I asked God I said why he had to be like that I really liked him I thought it would change and I was crying to God and he said you will meet again so I stop crying cause I knew things would be alright I got the word from him above who knows everything. So I let it go than days later God stat talking to me about going to this town rebuilding houses, building a warehouse and so on and I thought I was going crazy for a minute I was hitting my head am like what is going on am I okay? and I was okay it was just that I lost my mind and gained God mind, because it’s two kinds of wisdom I had graduated from earth wisdom which is simple to heaven wisdom. That takes me to James 3v13 who is wise and understanding among you? Let it show by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter, envy, selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such wisdom does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual of the devil. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure/then peace loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness." I had stated donating clothes instead of throwing them away go downtown to feed the homeless siting down there for hours just talking with them helping others more, a new leaf and I loved it but it hurt to see them in situations but smile cause you help them cause God has his eyes on them and you for lending a hand to those who are in his eye who needs the help. So I went from earth thinking to Godly wisdom and by me converting over it left me as an outsider you can get a crowd of 100 people to do wrong and things of this word but only a few to do
