      PREFACE

      Every one of us desire success and fulfillment in life. It is this quest to succeed that drives us each day trying as much as we can to overcome anything associated with failure and mediocrity.

      Success and fulfillment in life brings joy and a sense of accomplishment. However, this does not happen by accident, it requires us paying the right price to make it a reality in our lives. Without this we can not come to the platform of success and fulfillment as we desire in life.

      This book fundamental principles of success and fulfillment is written by virtue of God’s direction and leading, hoping that through it every one that reads it will find the possibility of realizing success and fulfillment in life. It is a practical book that will help guide any one in turning their dreams to fulfillment by simply obeying and living by the fundamental principles that guarantees success. Success and fulfillment demands that you understand the price to pay, where to pay the price and how to pay the said price, without this strategy life will remain a mere wish to you.

      I hope that you will find this book useful in creating a lasting joy for yourself and those around you as you read it.

      INTRODUCTION

      Life is a battle; you are either a victor or a victim at the end of the day. For you to be a victor in this world, you must align your life with certain principles that will guarantee your success. The world in which we live does not operate without fundamental laws that guide it. So it will be out of place for anyone to expect something good and beautiful out of this life without obeying those principles that will assure him the best that this life can offer. You need to understand that your inability to equip yourself with the necessary strategies of success will result to your failure.

      In this book you will find proven fundamental principles of success and fulfillment. I call them gems for the wise. They are gems that will move the wise from ordinary personality to a person of excellence. These fundamental principles may look simple however; the ability to know them is just a starting point of the so much to be benefited if they are applied by an individual, family, organization e.t.c. Now if we are going to make the best of this life, these principles must be enforced into our lives. It has to be a must because the ability to know the price you have to pay to achieve any success is what simplifies your life. I can assure you that these fundamental are the basics that will enhance the success of any man in every area of life if he abides by them.

      I have no doubt in me, I am fully convinced that we all have obligation to look up and go forward in life. I need to also acquaint you with the truth that if you are not ready to move forward in life, those who want to move you backward are watching you and are waiting for the slightest opportunity to take you backward. I pray you do not give them that opportunity to do that to you. I will congratulate you in advance for am confident that you will adopt and live the rest of your life by these fundamental principles of success and fulfillment so that you can be the best.

      CHAPTER ONE

      Be A Vision Oriented Person

      A vision oriented person is a potential achiever. I can not write on the above subject as one of the principles of success without first defining or explaining what a vision means. It is very evident that every man on the face of the planet earth is created by God with a vision in mind.

      Vision is simply the goal, the aspiration in the heart or mind of an individual that he or she wants to accomplish. That objective that you desire to attained in your life. This is what a vision is. There are evidences that having a vision is an indication that you are sure of where you are going to in life and this is one significant factor that you will possibly succeed. Every vision must be written down. Your vision must be written down otherwise it will become a mere wish. When you write down your vision or goal, it is liken to a notice board. Each time you look at the notice board you can give yourself a pass mark of being focused otherwise a caution because you have deviated.

      If you take time and consider the word of God in the Bible in Habakkuk you will see so many amazing revelation truths.

      And the LORD answered me and said, write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie; though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come, it will not tarry. KJV (Habakkuk 2:2-3)

      From the above you will see some of these truths about a vision oriented person.

      - The vision must be written down

      - The vision must be well defined and concise

      - You and everyone that read it will know the significant and urgency

      - There must be a time frame set for accomplishing it

      - There is no vision that will not face contending factors

      Let me briefly analyze the above truths for proper understanding.

      The vision must be written down

      Write down your vision. One may ask why I have to write down the vision that as long as I have the vision in my mind or head it’s alright. No it is not alright. From experience I can tell you that whatsoever you imagine in your mind is a mere wish. Until you put down your vision somewhere in black and white we can not call it a vision or an objective or a goal. If you write down this vision in a place you can always go back and cross check periodically to know how well you have followed the vision to its accomplishment or how bad you have deviated from the path that will see the vision accomplished. Do you now see why writing the vision down can help motivate and simplify your ability to attain this vision?

      The vision must be well defined and concise

      Every time a vision is written down, the vision must be well defined and concise. The reasons for this are: firstly, it promotes uniqueness and secondly, it set the parameters for fulfilling the vision for the visionary and among the team
