    Preface

    The path of natural wellness and vibrational healing led me to the study of energy, frequency and vibration; and how through thought form energy one could create healing energy patterns though verbal positive affirmations. I then had to ask whether by mentally repeating specific targeted positive affirmations over and over again it could create both energetic and physiological changes in the entire being, which would promote integrated wellness of Body Mind and Spirit. I began to research this simple concept dating back to the mid 1600s and found a great deal of evidence that positive thoughts change and improve lives.
