    TRANSMISSION SENT

    PREFACE

    Earth Translation Relative Context Dictionary

Words used herein are translated with as much accuracy as possible. The current version is transcribed to meet appropriate conditions of the present situation. Due to obvious complications regarding Dimensional Theory, Quantum Mechanics, Relativity-Special or Otherwise, Biological Diversity, Social Complexities, and of course the unexplainable fact that we even exist anyway; this is, at best, one of many possibilities of a possible transmission in the entirety of everything. If you have received some form of this communication, then the effort is considered successful. Please be advised as the following definitions are likely out of context, because, there are literally infinite ways this could have been published, presented, or mistranslated during the process of creating, transcribing, editing, revising, and the intricate points of view of your author, translator, publisher, financial persons, and all the others they must have interacted with at some point or other.

We have done our very best at allowing no interference in the data during the journey to your location. Please note the inconceivable intricacies of distance, physics, and all other things worth considering in this effort. Likewise, the information packet we received is fairly dated. Add to the length of time our analysts have taken to observe, contemplate, and consider the request with the time needed to create an adequate response as well as the large time that will have passed between transmitting and reception of the transmission. Also, while we have become adept at these inquiries and requests, yours is largely misunderstood by our entire team of experts.

Some on our panel of evaluators have suggested varied theories including one whom believes there was no intent of any Earthling in making an inquiry. Most of our analysts suggest that this effort is likely to arrive after humanities expiration date. Unless an unforeseen intervention into the fate of mankind is to occur; we likely will never be paid for our attempts. The experts here at the Stational Entertainment Transmission Institute (SETI), have taken on this case with the expectation of doing it pro-bono. Most of us here, are, at the very least, intrigued by your unique predicament. We have not received such a baffling notification of existence from such a primitive species before. While we have a consensus that there is a great deal of potential in your planet, from what we can tell, most of it is extinct, ignored, taken for granted, or for some unknown reasons purposefully squandered.

While there is a noticed pattern that has been presumed to be present in the detailed information our offices have received at the Stational Entertainment Transmission Institute, 23 Nowhere Avenue, Middle of Nowhere, Wurevathuk, Watseverest Watohever Independent Collaborative Effort (WWICE), Planet Something, Somewhere Solar System (SSS), Middle of Somewhere Galaxy of the Where We Are Independent Representatives (WWAIR) in this time continuum where This Was Created Near Sirius (TWCNS); we have no perquisite knowledge useful to the absurd nature of your species. One theory that was high in contention during the preliminary evaluation was that a transmission to your planet should be written for dolphins, whales, or canines.

That being stated, here is the Relative Context Dictionary, for your personal transmission:

You’ll get it if you’re meant to.

    CHAPTER 1

    WIGGAM

There’s something I need to convey. My ability to do so is fleeting further through the moments. A great deal of urgency on my part to express-with as much lucidity as possible; the outcome(s) of the present reality. Much has happened to the capacity of everyone, especially in the class where I reside. The Minority Minorities have been successfully secluded from the rest of the population. Of utmost importance was the need to do so without noticing the others. In doing so they succeeded in my friend’s inability to remember any of it ever happening. When they began F is S is E is L things were no better, but, they were certainly vastly different.

I can recognize a moment that was early in my belief that the sentences didn’t add up. They were reporting stories on the WGM’s for several days. As I was still a child I remember people discussing it. During dinner they would debate if a solution to the Wiggam problem; as it was called in my neighborhood, was possible. Some would say that there would never be a solution to the Wiggams. If Wiggams had any hope of not being a problem, they would have to develop a way to communicate it to the rest of us. Others said they should find a solution to the Wiggam problem. Most importantly, though, it was a consensus that Wiggams had no current future.

This all started long before I was incarnated here. Therefore my descriptions are an attempt to convey the truth, but also to explain the dissonance in the sentences, and, if at all possible find a Universal Decryption Standard. With the evolution of F is S is E is L came an advanced stock system by which the alphabet was traded. People eventually were required to pay for using any written symbol in a business context. Soon, certain letters, symbols, and shapes were too costly for those who lived in the Wiggam neighborhoods. Of course, this was before anyone had coined the WGM issue. At the dawn of the ABC Traders Network, Wiggams did not exist. At least, no one called them Wiggams.

Over time anyone who could not afford any of the symbols on the market, began creating new ones. Even in personal life, people began having to purchase letters, symbols, and shapes, used to communicate ideas. First was the inability to use the current language codes. This was not too drastic as they quickly adapted new languages. Over the course of a few decades, the Wiggams had to give up using written language. Reverend Wicker formulated the plan to standardize colors to be used for communicating ideas.

Now, the colors gone out. We are only allowed to use black and white. No one color can be less than 70% of the surface area. Basically, only one color is allowed on any wall, surface, or ceiling. I believe it is the impossibility of having anything less than 70% of a surface be legal. You cannot use any other color, black or white, at the same time, on the same surface, wall, or ceiling.

Only one exception to this is F is S is E is L. They offer free broadcasts to the Wiggams. In these broadcasts, F is S is E is L, pays the fees, taxes, and transmission costs. They purchase bulk amounts of Letter Use Certificates at below average prices. An intricate system of calculating and evaluating the costs of symbols is regulated by the ATA. On some rare occasions, due to a variable in the equation, every symbol is sold for an almost nonexistent amount of Paper Values. Reasons for this occurrence are deeply debated among Broke Raisons at ABCTN certified transaction curriers.

Curiouser yet, is the intricate ways my friends, family, and anchors describe the situation. I have long been confused and unable to present reasonable responses with regards to conversation. The method of my day is beyond complexing. I wake early by the Before of Sunrise. If possible I take a shower, when income is at decent rates and I can afford them. More likely, I prefer the edibles to cleanliness. After this I exit my dwelling and walk the permitted streets. They are the only route possible due to quantum mechanics. Agains happen quite often on my walk. I arrive in the same location several times from different directions. Each morning F is S is E is L sends me a message with directions to Pape Earnings for the day. If possible they would provide an idea of the type of service I would be performing for the day. Generally, this only happened if the position was ranked Weller on the Existential Development Scale. These areas of space were more consistent and therefore more commonly located.

I would leave my quarters and head off down the street. Taking a right on the corner, lefting after that, righting lefting after that, and sometimes have to walk around, double right to right myself, and then walk passed what I believe is my first right. My best days of duty generally come after several of these. We are told that some areas of space are easier to connect than others. Scientist are working on a way to unify the interconnectedness which, would hopefully divide the equation equally. If this happens then a solution for the Wiggam problem has been achieved. It is well known that using your own sense of direction to make a journey is too dangerous. Anyone leaving one location for another must apply for a preaproved route. Often times locations of interest were unlocatable. If one traveled in their own decisions the space time continuum would collapse. Explanations of the implications include God Mind Psychosis, Intangibility Factors, Perceptual Fallacies, and Unbalanced Fundamentals.

This brings me to my friend Jake Thomas. He possessed a deep distrust in the directions, proposed reasons, and what he felt were false descriptions of reality. One night he came to me with a request. We sat on my porch and he handed me a piece of paper. I could see that there were markings on the opposite side. Fearful of persecution I blew my nose and crumbled it into the garbage. Later that evening, he and I were viewing Tomorrows Projections on F is S is E is L. He said to me do you understand the implications of the Wiggams? I did wonder what a Wiggam was, how they existed and thus off balanced existence, and how impossible it is to discuss them. I gave Jake the only response I could think of, what is a Wiggam? Looking at the screen as it stated Galactic Stability is going to be high tomorrow; he told me that he didn’t think reality made any sense. Jake Thomas made the claim that there was no such thing as a Wiggam, the rules of Universal Instability were illogical and that Wiggams cannot cause it, especially because there were no such things.

Jake had been my acquaintance in school. I remember him from a young age. Generally he and I were in separate circles. Therefore, he and I rarely interacted directly without the intervention of a radical loner. These rare individuals were aligned slightly apart from the general populous. They contained the ability, and thus requirement, to float between two or more circles. Radical loners would arrive for periods of time in my circle. Others they were at Jakes. Still others, they sat alone, or with other radical loners in squares. One part of the explanation for Perceptual Fallacies is that circles have infinite points. The Radicals are aligned with the universe in a square, or even cubed method. These connections contain finite amounts of location and therefore more consistent function. Cubed children are taught in locations with only radical loners. No circle bound child is allowed to ever speak with or interact with the cubed species. This is believed to create tension in the elements.

Jake and I were circles. The one friend of ours, Timmy Hanway, was an unusual speaker. His connection to the universe was proposed to be squared. In this event a fetus is developing towards, but never completes, the cubed process. It leads to infrequencies in their ability to be located. For days at a time, he would not be in class. When he came back it would fluxuate the radical loners. As you may now begin to understand, expressing this story from my perspective is quite difficult.

There was one thing that became forbidden that deeply doubted Jake. He was convinced in a conspiracy beyond allowable implications. He demanded to know why the trains operated the way they did, why he had to walk in circles to go anywhere, and how he was almost never told where he was going. Perplexing as it sounds, most people brought before these statements would explain Intangibility Factors, the cases of Perceptual Fallacies, and the results of Unbalanced Fundamentals. Never did they dare delve into the diagnosis of God Mind Psychosis. Anyone who’s ever tried to use their own directions appeared on F is S is E is L. Apparently the use of their own directions had caused a fracture in Existence Fabric. Because of Intangibility Factors, they had suffered Perceptual Fallacies in their creation of Unbalanced Fundamentals. Occasionally they would be suffering from God Mind Psychosis.

Jim Spikans, the Projections Forecaster would joke about the tomorrow having no possible projections. Due to statements made earlier by Henry Wiggam, tomorrows outlook seems implausible. Existence is likely to backfire around a fragment whose origin is in Wiggams words this evening. See you when order restores.

Funny it was, a joke that implied things, failed to describe things, and then actually having happened those things. We would lose F is S is E is L for up to two weeks, but, usually only a few days. During these times we would receive sporadic notifications from the system. Here and there one of us would receive a message. Although it often arrived scrambled through the fractured particles. Some of us invested in decryption devices. They had the ability to decipher the messages based on origin technology. Admittedly, most of the affordable models only transcribed phrases like "Monkey bananas. More likely tomorrow.
