This is the story between twenty year old Anita and forty six year old Adam. Everything in Adam’s life started to change when his wife Laila had a baby girl about a month ago. Even though he had a thirteen-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Ayleen, Laila and Adam had no experience handling Tuana, their newborn baby. Laila came up with the idea that if she went to Turkey, their original homeland, for the summer, she could get help from her family over there and also take her college graduation exams. Adam agreed with this; first of all, he was useless for baby care, which sounds silly to a lot of people. But it is understandable for their culture. He also thought he couldn’t take the baby’s crying, he was more than happy to send Laila to Turkey, without knowing what he is getting into.

Adam’s marriage to Laila was a kind of arranged by families. Before his mother past away, she spent about a year with him. She wanted him to get married and have a happy family life so much. When she past away, almost every person in his family wanted him to get married and they wanted him to make mom’s wish come true. Laila was working in a same work place that Adam’s brother worked. He saw Laila few times before his sister told him, maybe he should get married to her. Then everybody in family talked about it. Everybody thought that she would be perfect for him. He went out with Laila few times before they angaged. Few months later they got married. He thought there was no reason to not to be happy with her. She was very decent person. But he forgot about the love. There was no love connection. But still this didn’t give him right to go out and fall in love with somebody else.

Laila left for Turkey on middle of the June; that evening, Adam went to a local bar in Paterson, New Jersey. When he went there, he thought he would have a couple of beers and maybe meet some new girls, chat with them and try to impress one and take her home with him. After a drink, he met a nice girl; they chatted a little bit and he offered to buy her a drink. She said yes, but she needed to freshen up. She promised him she would be back in a few minutes, but she left and never returned. That turned out good thing, because a little later he met another woman who he eventually fell madly in love with. He looked across the bar and saw a slim woman walking toward him. With every step she took, he was frozen to see her smiling at him. When he saw her glittering eyes, he said to himself, Oh, my God. How am I gonna talk to her and what am I gonna say? Adam shook himself after she said hello.

He said, Hi, how are you? He asked her what her name was, and she said Anita. He was very hopeless as he asked if she would like to have a drink with him.

When she accepted his offer, He was already flying over the clouds. He didn’t care what she had to drink, but he knew she was the most beautiful, most elegant girl he had ever seen in his life. They started talking to each other. He realized she couldn’t speak English too well. She asked him if he was married; he said no, and later he realized that was one of his biggest mistakes. He thought if he had said yes, they wouldn’t have spent more than five minutes together. He asked her how old she was, and she said twenty. When she asked him how old he was, he lied again and said thirty-six; he was too embarrassed to say forty-six (without knowing she wouldn’t have cared if he was fifty-six). That night, he told her things he wasn’t aware of yet. They were gonna be big problems for him in the future. Later at that night, he asked her if she would like to go out with him. She said yes. Adam didn’t think she understood what he said, because her English was limited at that time and she had only been in the United States for a few weeks. He asked her again if she would like to go out with him. She said yes again and he was relieved, but still he was worried that she would change her mind, either later that night or when he called her the next day.

Adam called her next day; after chatting a little, he asked her when she would like to go out. She said we can do it Monday. He said okay, and they planned the time together. He was so nervous he didn’t know how to keep the conversation going. Finally, he said good-bye and hung up. After hanging up, he started to sweep the garden. He was singing and dancing. He was planning to watch a soccer game on TV that afternoon. He wanted to kill some time. The next day, Adam’s phone rang again, and it was her. He answered the phone and heard that most amazing soft voice on the other side, telling him that she couldn’t make it Monday but she wanted to go out on Tuesday. He still had doubts in his mind that she would go out with him. He thought something would happen and she would change her mind. They discussed the time and she gave him her address.

On Tuesday, Adam made sure he was in front of her house half an hour before he had to pick her up. He didn’t want to mess up the first date. Five minutes before the scheduled time, he called her and said that he was out front. Unlike many other women, she was ready on time. She came down in a few minutes, and when she appeared, she looked like a swan. There was the same glitter in her eyes. He didn’t know that glitter would be in her eyes every time she saw him. Adam helped her get into his car, and before he closed the door, he couldn’t take his eyes off her beautiful feet. As he approached his seat, he couldn’t stop saying, Oh, my God; oh, my God. He got into the car and looked at her beautiful face. She was smiling at him. He said, I am gonna take you to a nice restaurant in New Jersey. She said okay.

When she saw the restaurant, she was very impressed. Their table was by the window, so they had a beautiful view of Manhattan. Anita was very impressed with the restaurant, but he was impressed that the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his life was on a date with him. From that moment on, wherever they went, people couldn’t stop looking at them, talking to them, buying them drinks, and asking them where they were from.

Adam took Anita to Little Italy in New York to see the parade. Even though he normally rooted for Brazil in the World Cup, He enjoyed being there. First of all, he has Mediterranean blood, and second, for some reason, she was in love with Italy. Anything about Italy, like the Italian language, food, clothes, the excitement Italians have. For a long time, he thought one day she would find an Italian man and marry him.

But eventually Adam realized her only love was him. He did not learn that until a lot of damage was done. At that parade, some older Italian man asked him if Anita was his daughter. They looked at each other and smiled. Either this man was trying to say Adam was an idiot for dating a girl who was his daughter’s age, or he was jealous. His personal opinion: he was jealous that he couldn’t have what he had. He thought he was jealous because he couldn’t do what he was doing. Because they already had started something he never experienced, and she was very happy with him. Since he was able to keep her happy sexually, he was very sure that she would be happy emotionally. After that day, he started calling her my daughter; with her understanding he would be her father, mother, brother, best friend, and her man (even though he was already married).

Since they were having so much fun, his only problem was how to tell her about his marriage. As each day went by, he was getting more nervous that he could not solve this problem. He couldn’t find any solution; he really had no plan. He was just lost. He didn’t know if she would accept the fact that he had a wife and daughter; no normal person would agree to that.

Despite this, he was so happy. He was living a king’s life and was afraid to death to change a thing. He couldn’t tell his wife anything yet, because Anita and he never talked about marriage. One time he checked her temperature about how she felt about marriage. She said she didn’t want to marry until her late twenties, so he was relieved. He thought to himself, he has a long time to solve this problem. So he left it for later. He was enjoying her company so much. He was teaching her English, even though his English isn’t so great. He was so proud one time when she told Adam she couldn’t understand anybody’s English other than his. She put a big smile on his face. He realized he was the only important person in her life. She only talked to him. It was funny to him, because he has a thick Turkish accent. He was proud to make his girl only understand his Turkish version of English, and she wasn’t aware of the difference yet.

As more time passed by, Adam realized what he had and knew that a lot of people were jealous of him because they couldn’t have what he had. One time she needed to buy a laptop computer, and they went to a Best Buy store to look for one. They looked around and finally decided to buy one. He asked for help from one of the store employees. While he was helping them, he asked Adam if she was his girlfriend. He was shocked and confused, and he asked him why he asked that. Even though Anita and Adam came from different countries, they thought that the United States was a free country where you could do anything you wanted. Nobody would bother them. He didn’t think his freedom wasn’t dismissed or anything, but somebody was watching as he kissed his baby.

Later, he would call her my little child and similar things. But it wasn’t because she was a little child; it was because he saw himself in her. Nobody helped him when he came to the United States when he was her age. He just wanted to protect her from the harm of the real world.

None of Adam’s friends were aware of his relationship yet. He didn’t know where was he going or what he was doing. He had no plan. He was so happy that he didn’t want to change a thing. His first impression with Anita was this wouldn’t last long; during their first date, he was sure this wasn’t going anywhere because they barely talked about anything. Every time he wanted to open up a new subject, he had to repeat himself a few times. First she wouldn’t understand him, and then she would misunderstand what he was trying to say. It was like a horror movie. He wasn’t aware that something had already started between them. He didn’t know what it was back then. But one day he asked her, Do you really love me? They asked each other this question many times, and they always answered yes. But they always doubted each other because they both felt they had something different. The question was what was stopping him from marrying her? Adam always wanted to have a boy, and he wanted his child to look like her. She also wanted a child that looked like him. He adored her, and she admired him. But something was misplaced. It was, of course, his fault, but he really didn’t know what to do. He had no plan. He couldn’t make any plan, and nobody could advise him what to do. He wished it was that easy to tie the knot together. Their love story was complicated from the first day.

Later that year, Anita asked him to take her to Miami. He said, You wanna go to Miami with me? Are you sure? She said yes, and he said all right. Let’s do that. This was his wish come true, because he had asked her to go away with him a few times before, but she always said no. Now they were going to Miami; he couldn’t believe that. He was gonna spend few days in the same room with her.

He didn’t know Miami well at that time. But she heard from one of her girlfriend about a nice hotel near South Beach. He said, Okay, I will take care of the rest. He wanted to impress her, so he reserved a suite. When they got to the airport, she found out they had misspelled her last name on the ticket. She was very nervous about it, but Adam told her, Everything’s gonna be all right. From that point on, He liked that phrase so much, every time she had a little problem, he would say everything’s gonna be all right. Sometimes, He felt like he overused those words, but she never got tired of him saying it. Another phrase he would say to her was, How come you are so beautiful? She never made him feel like she was so beautiful that she was untouchable or unreachable. She was always a normal girl with high values. He also called her Kazakh guzeli. That means beautiful Kazakh in Turkish. She had a Kazakhstan passport but she insisted she was Russian. He liked the fact that Kazakhstan and Turkish people were related through history. Even though it wasn’t such a big deal for him, he enjoyed her saying that she was not Kazakh, she was Russian.

Once they arrived at the airport in Miami, they picked up their luggage and got into a taxi. He became very friendly with the taxi driver, but she was very shy and didn’t understand why he was talking to a total stranger. Also she was mocking him later how loud he was and how funny it was. What he was doing was that, he was trying to let the whole world know he had the most beautiful woman in the world with him and they are in Miami. When they arrived at the hotel in South Beach, he wasn’t very impressed with it. First they had to wait on line for a couple of families to check in, and then the clerk was giving him a hard time, he thought because he had a beautiful girl with him and clerk had to work all night. Then the elevator didn’t work and they had to walk through the garden. They had a bad start in Miami.

When they arrived in their room, he took a quick peek and saw it wasn’t that bad. They had two rooms, two beds, and two bathrooms. They also had a little kitchen and a living room, and a big walk-in closet. He kind of liked that. Anita was wearing a very sexy dress and putting her clothes away as he watched her. After she finished putting her clothes away, she excused herself and a few minutes later, she came out with a very sexy babydoll outfit from Victoria’s Secret. She had shiny lipstick and very sweet perfume. She was the most delicious thing in the room.

His heart was pounding. She came over and sat next to him; He pulled her gently onto his lap. They talked for a few minutes. There was a little pause, and he found himself kissing her. She was the sweetest thing he ever tasted. A few minutes later, he said he wanted to carry her to bed, but she was a little reluctant. After he insisted, she agreed and he carried her into the room in his arms. Over the coming years, he realized she would not initiate sex, but whenever he wanted to make love, she would never say no. She loved it. He thought she is the kind of woman who came into this world to enjoy sex.

He laid her on the bed and sat next to her. He kissed her once, held both of her hands, and asked her, How come you are so beautiful? She smiled at him and said she didn’t know. She was incredibly shy and was shaking. He told her to relax, that everything was going to be all right. She looked into his eyes, and he said, Let me give you a massage to relax you. He helped her take off her sexy clothes. She didn’t want to take off the bottom, and he didn’t insist. He helped her to lay on her stomach. This was a scene that was hard to forget for a lifetime. She was laying in the white sheets with her white, beautiful naked body. Her face was looking toward to him. Adam said, Turn your head around. he sat next to her, pulled her hair aside, and started to massage her shoulders, her arms, and her neck.

She said, Oh, Adam, I can’t believe how soft and warm your hands are.

A little later, he started kissing her shoulders. He moved over slowly to her neck and started biting it. She was enjoying it very intensely. She was tickled a little bit and said she had goose bumps. He said I know, with a big smile on his face. Because this is one of his first moves to impress a woman. She started making little noises. He was happy to see her enjoying it. Slowly he took her underwear off. He started kissing her in between her legs, moving aside a little bit and kissing her legs and feet. Then he moved up a little bit and kissed her around her belly. He moved up some more and kissed her round, pink-tipped breasts. He went up some more and kissed her delicious lips. Now she was all hot, ready for rock and roll. He got on his knees and held both her legs.

She said, No, no, baby, pointing to a condom on the
