    PREFACE

A s citizens of these United States, it is necessary to identify the needs of all American citizens, especially those who are still growing up. The quest for quality of life is what causes the unhappiness among those of us who desire serenity. Serenity is the condition of peace of mind that we achieve from doing God’s will and feeling good about it. We try not to hurt others and treat them as we would like to be treated.

This is a very unusual book. It asks you to examine yourself and try to understand what you are trying to accomplish. It tries to look at early life and then goes on from there. First, the subject covers the whole range of life, from the cradle to the grave. Second, it asks you to PAUSE AND REFLECT. What you think about is your business and can only be determined by you. Third, I offer suggestions throughout the book that are intended to help you get the most information. Whether or not you follow these suggestions is completely up to you. All of the phrases in capital letters and bold print are intended to be signals for you to stop reading and think about your situation. The copy was presented with a blank line in-between to provide space for you to make notes of your progress.

Problems vary. No two situations are exactly identical. Think about the people involved, what has been bothering you, their ages, relation to you, attitudes, outlooks, and desires. Then think about all of the conditions and circumstances that prevail and how they affect the people involved in the situation.

    INTRODUCTION

T his book was written to help anyone in the quest for life fulfillment and satisfaction. I would like to make the world a better place in which to live. I hope to make a contribution to the happiness and satisfaction of other human beings; I am more than ready, willing, and able do so. I have a Doctor’s Degree in Education and I am anxious to be of service to you. I am trying to help other people find peace and serenity. It would make me feel Proud And Rewarded . The Possible Attainable Results can be accomplished if we Plan Alternatives Realistically. It must be remembered that our wants are not what determines our thinking; but our attitude has everything to do with it. We must adopt the Serenity Prayer and ask, God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Ponder And Reflect will help you in gaining wisdom to know the difference. As soon as you say that you do believe, or are willing to believe, you are on the right path. Those of us who
