CHAPTER 1

INSTRUCTION MANUAL TO THIS AMAZING BODY

T he world has been searching for the secrets of this amazing body since the beginning of mankind. The best-selling book of all time, the Holy Bible, hides its secrets. It is time for the world to wipe the dust off this amazing book and search the treasures within it. Where does the body get its power to operate? Batteries were not included. Where do all these different emotions—happiness, love, anger, hate, and so forth—come from? The world may have just a few of these questions. The world says, You need counseling. The world of psychology studies the flesh because all the problems come from here. We will not get the answer by going to another person who has problems of his own. This is the flesh trying to figure out the flesh, the blind leading the blind, or a sinner going to another sinner and asking to be forgiven of his sins.

We must dig deeper within the body to answer these questions. The body gets its power supplied from that deeper, the Holy Spirit. Let’s get started and explore the instruction manual to this amazing body. We are all made in the image of God, so what is the problem with society? Maybe the truth has just become a saying, we are made in the image of God. Do you realize what that means? God is everlasting. We have his spirit within our bodies, which lasts forever. When God breathed into Adam’s nostrils, his spirit made him a living soul. We are like God, and we can produce spirit and create life. Wow! You are an amazing, beautiful creation. To the world, we are nothing. Why? It is because this is Satan’s current kingdom. We must not make it our kingdom, but we must open our eyes to see in its darkness.

The good news is that we are immortal and able to live forever. The key word is able. How do we make the word able stable? The world did not supply us with instructions, but it gives us directions. How can we listen to the world if the world’s purpose (our tribulation) is to bring us to our destruction? So what is the problem? Oh, we are doomed because Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. No, wrong answer! That is the answer that the world has for you.

The instruction manual to this amazing body is all throughout the Bible. It shows us how to come out of the darkness and into the light. It teaches you about the spirit, soul, and body that you possess. The Bible was made specifically for you. It is our basic instructions before leaving earth. The Holy Spirit of God wrote the Bible. In order to understand it, you must read it with the Holy Spirit that it was written with. It was not made for the world to understand, but for the light within the world. How can darkness supply light? It can’t. Darkness cannot bring darkness to light, but light can bring light to darkness.

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

This is not only true physically, but spiritually. The Holy Spirit has showed me many amazing things in the Bible. It will bring revelation and excitement to your life. You will see the light in such an amazing way that it will give you a whole new outlook on life. It will make you want to search the Word of God like you have never done before. Why? You will not be able to get enough of the Holy Spirit. It is never-ending because it is everlasting. You must take your time and understand this chapter in order to benefit from this book. First, we have to know how this three-part body operates. We are made up of the following: spirit, soul, and body. Most people think that the spirit and the soul are the same thing, and that’s a big problem. Here is a quick lesson of the spirit, soul, and body.

Spirit

This is human spirit until we know how to get it to transform into Holy Spirit. We get our good thoughts and good intentions from the human spirit. It is our spirit that convicts us when we are doing wrong. Our spirit is our God given DNA. We, like God, are able to create spirit through our offspring.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;

male and female created he them.

With the human spirit, there is limited communication with God. We must cross over into the realm of his existence to be able to form a relationship. Only Jesus Christ can fill that communication gap, and it is only until we have been filled with the Holy Spirit. This is when you get the full powers of God. God is pure and holy, and is all light. We must become pure and holy in order to reach God. This can only be done by getting washed by the blood of Jesus Christ. We will get to this transformation in a little bit.

Soul

This is the steering column to this machine. The soul tells the body what to do from the information it receives. Good and bad, it puts everything into action. It is our free will, our thoughts, and our feelings. It is good if it receives its information from the spirit and bad if it’s getting it from the flesh. The soul is what makes you the unique individual that you are, because you are your own creator.

Body

This is the flesh and where the problem is. The flesh is the part that is always wanting. Give me. Give me. Give me. I want. I want. I want. It always wants to be pleased, but it is never happy. Does this sound familiar? Enough is never enough.

The problem is that the soul is stuck in the middle and must make all the decisions. The outcome of the decision is where the heart is at. Let’s call it a heart meter that reads good, bad, and ugly. Ugly is in the red zone, so you must keep an eye on your meter. The trick is that you have to feed your soul with your spirit and not the flesh. Sound tough? There is an easier way, and easier is the only way. Your human spirit (good) must transform into Holy Spirit (super).

Now you have a hot rod and an upgrade on your heart meter. The new heart reader now reads super, great, and good. Now good is in the green zone. It means your worst day in this hot rod is better than your best day in that clunker you traded in.

Are you getting excited yet? Now how do you trade in your clunker for that hot rod? It’s back to the basics of spirit, soul, and body.

It’s not about giving to the soul now. It’s about stripping down your clunker to where it’s not even good for spare parts. You can put it on cinder blocks or get free towing to the junkyard. You have to take everything away from the flesh and say, No. I disown you, and I don’t want you anymore because you are never happy and always miserable. I want a divorce.

Your Spirit Cannot Divorce Its Flesh and Remarry

Unless the Flesh Dies

The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.

1 Corinthians 7:39 (KJV)

Did you catch the end of that Scripture? only in the Lord. That’s right, and that is the bridegroom, Jesus Christ. He will be your new husband. This is divorcing the flesh, which is taking it away from the spirit and soul.

Jesus said,

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

Matthew 7:7 (KJV)

God is all around us, and he is waiting for you to knock so he can let you into his kingdom. Knocking is the first step to salvation. It is a person wanting to change and wanting to be cleaned. This is knocking on heaven’s door.

Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:

if any man hear my voice, and open the door,

I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

Revelation 3:20 (KJV)

It is when Jesus Christ visits your house, and knocks on your door, and you open the door to your heart, and let him in, that the Holy Spirit will dwell within your house. We all have three-bedroom houses: one of the flesh, one of the soul, and one of the spirit. We must close the door to the flesh and condemn it for renovation, open the door of the spirit, and allow it to be one with the soul.

When a Door Closes, Another Opens

This is now the beginning of your relationship, the point where the two-way communication begins. This feeling is so real, pure, and amazing that you will want to share it with everybody. How do I know it is real? I can feel the Holy Spirit running through my veins and pumping through my heart. I have been reborn, and I have become a new being. My three-bedroom house now represents the Trinity, for Jesus the carpenter has renovated it. It’s amazing because I automatically changed and I wasn’t trying to be a better person. I was now living with Christ in me, and I was displaying the beautiful fruits that grew from my Tree of Life. I have never in all my life felt love like I do now. I was not going to church or even reading the Bible. I denied Christ all of my life, yet he still chose to have me as his son. I was not worthy and did not deserve him, yet he still loved me. Who else can love like this where the love is so real and genuine? Only God.

We go through all of our lives trying to fill a void that only Christ can fill. That’s what all the excitement is about. You get this feeling when you are baptized with fire and the Holy Spirit. Have you met anyone like this? The world calls us Jesus freaks, and that is exactly what we are, because we cannot get enough. We can’t get enough, so we want to give it to you. It is the most amazing high there is. It is new eyes looking at a whole new world. It’s turning water into wine.

The water is what you used to be (in the image of God), and the wine is what you are with the Holy Spirit (one with God). You are now new wine in a new bottle. The bottle is the new and improved flesh because the Holy Spirit has filled you. Your old, evil flesh full of sin could not hold the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ within. Not on a cross and not in a tomb!

Jesus said, "Neither do men put new wine into old bottles:

else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out,

and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved."

God gives us new skins with this new wine, and we are preserved forever.

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

Genesis 3:21 (KJV)

That new skin is our protection and the armor God has given us to walk in this evil world.

The literal clothing is in Genesis 3:7 when Adam and Eve sewed fig leaves together. They did this because they were trying to hide their sin. I love the book of Genesis, and the world breezes through that book because they think it is an old, boring book. I have gotten so much revelation out of this book, and I will give it all to you later. Jesus Christ is all through that amazing book!

Jesus said, "I am alpha and omega, the beginning

and the ending," saith the Lord,

Which is, and which was, and which is to come, the almighty.

Revelation 1:8 (KJV)

The Holy Spirit makes the Bible illuminate and turn to magic! It’s like you have a pair of infrared goggles on and can see what the lost cannot. That is why Jesus healed the blind man. Without him, you are blind. The god of this age, Satan, tries to keep you blind.

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers,

so that they cannot see the light of the gospel

of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

I just want to give you enough to get the blood flowing. We will get deeper as we go on. Throughout this book we will be seeing the transformation of the human spirit. How is the human spirit different from the Holy Spirit? God gave you the Holy Spirit when he breathed into your nostrils and made you a living soul. God also made you in his image and likeness by giving you a body to rule. He gave you a soul to have dominion over that body. With that soul you have the power, like God, to create your own world. This is why Jesus said,

Is it not written in your Law, I have said you are gods?

When you rule over your own body, your own world, and your own spirit, without God, you are your own god. This is the man that possesses the human spirit. It’s having God’s gift (Holy Spirit) within and letting it go to waste. This is the Word of God that we all have within. The freewill that God gave us makes us all equal. When you take the free in your will, and give yourself to the Lord, you will receive the gift from Gods will. This is the will that Jesus Christ left us all! When you receive this gift, the transformation will take place, the seals to the scroll that you have within will be broken, and the Word will become living. There is only one that can break the seals within us, Jesus Christ.

I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.

Revelation 5:4-5 (NIV)

In order for this transformation to take place we need to know the true meaning of the cross and see how Jesus tried to speak to us. We know that he died on the cross for our sins. What was he trying to tell us? He was trying to tell us that the secret to salvation was in the power of forgiveness.

Then said Jesus,

Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.

Luke 23:34 (KJV)

We must ask him for forgiveness, which usually comes through a cup of suffering. Most people find Christ when their world feels like it is coming to an end, and they crash. Jesus also showed us that on the cross in Matthew 27:46.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice,

saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?

That is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

This is what it’s like when we hit rock bottom. We are like a child crying out because the world that had raised us was throwing us to our death. All of our lives, the world has us thinking that all the things we do is good (the norm). This is the blind leading the blind. Satan tries to get us to destroy our temple by leading people to suicide. He is trying to stop us before we are crucified on the cross and destroy him. He is a copycat and does everything in a false evil way to win our soul. In order to defeat Satan, we must allow Jesus to perform his first miracle in our lives, turning water into wine.

When people feel like they have lost everything and have nothing, they no longer want. This dead end is a feeling of helplessness and hurt. This is our breaking point! We feel as if we are stranded and have nowhere to go. We then turn to God and cry for help because we need a miracle. We give him everything because we have nothing left of the world. Next, we ask the Lord for forgiveness because we realize we have deceived him all of our lives. It is Jesus that we beg for mercy, because it was Jesus that the world showed no mercy! He died for this very moment of your life. Like a child, we reach for our Father and hope he lifts us up off our feet.

And after all the world has done to him, what does he say? Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. What happens next? The weight of the cross (the world) is literally lifted off your shoulders. Why? It is because you have crucified your flesh on the cross and defeated Satan. The tears that led you to all of this now turn into happiness and laughter. What is this feeling you have? The Holy Spirit has filled you, and it is giving nothing but life to your soul. Thank you, Jesus.

This is the circumcision of the flesh! It is separating the flesh from the spirit and soul. This is being baptized with fire and the Holy Spirit. It is being born from above, and it is the second birth that you have been searching for all of your life. This is finding your true Father and true love. It is why love is the greatest!

Jesus told Nicodemus,

Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:3 (KJV)

Nicodemus saith unto him, "How can a man be born when he is old?

Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?"

John 3:4 (KJV)

Jesus answered,

"Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water

and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
