You can enjoy life and be happy. That is your choice.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is AlainD.Rheault
Living life with Joie de vivre
This is a saying that I have created and want to share with you. Joie de vivre is being entirely comfortable to be your authentic self, to be grateful and at your happiest. It involves the moments you can truly savor, knowing that you listened and trusted the love in your heart—all the love in your life. It’s having full faith in yourself and being the best that you can be. It’s knowing you can trust your heart to live well with the solid relationships you have established with your authentic self and with others. It’s knowing you have done your absolute best. It’s living with no fear and with absolute joy, going after exactly what you want, fully enjoying the journey of your life and living in the present—this very moment—because you know life is beautiful.
When you know, who you are, you will know what you want. And when you know what you want, you will have the joy of living—joie de vivre. And truly, my friend, that is what a joyful life is all about—being happy with yourself and being able to choose what makes you truly joyful. Once you are happy, truly happy, you can help others be happy.
It seems that we want everything right now and forget about the journey of life. We want the results right now. Just take a breath here and start living your life. Enjoy the real quality of your life.
There is a map inside you. The feelings you have are your map. In fact, your life is easy when you follow what is inside your heart, when you go with the flow of your feelings. That is your quest; it is the journey that you have created. There is a time in your life that you realize you want to live the life you want. You have to go on the quest that you have chosen.
It’s my hope that through this book you will see what life can offer and really enjoy living it. That you will feel energized and feel good about yourself as you reflect on what you want in life and go for it one step at a time, one goal at a time. My intention for this book is that it will serve as a reminder of basic manners we were all likely taught at one point in our lives but sometimes forget to put into practice. It’s my hope that you will have more fulfillment and enjoyment as you help others and look at your surroundings and environment with optimism.
We all want the best, to have the best, and to be the best. We all want to be able to really enjoy our lives and want others to be part of it. We want to love the things we do and the ones we share our life with. Remember how it made you feel. As I wrote this part of the book, I felt really great, genuine. I basically wrote this part for you, so you can ask yourself questions and feel the magic recipes inside this book. I want you to feel the answers of living the feeling of joy. Every day is a new day untouched; it is up to you to make each a good one. Realize you have the choice in life; it is all up to you, my friend. One of my favorite pieces of advice is this: Be true to yourself. Enjoy every step of your life.

Be kind
Don’t just be kind for the sake of kindness or how it makes you look. Be kind because you want to, because it can make a difference in someone’s day or life. Being kind is not
