      INTRODUCTION

      Are you happy with your life?

      Are you happy with your life?

      If you are, that’s fantastic. Keep doing what you are already doing. If not, that’s okay and quite normal. This book has come into your life at the right time and can help you create a life you love.

      From time to time, most people find themselves at a bit of a low spot, financially struggling, feeling restless and very unhappy, wishing life would be different than it is. This is normal because we wouldn’t be truly living or growing if there wasn’t something else that we wanted to learn, know, have, or do. And we sometimes find ourselves frustrated, stuck and not moving. On that quest, we can find ourselves in deep, dark places, scary places as we enter into the dark night of the soul. We can teeter on the edge of the unknown, entirely unsure of what to do next.

      Although I had a happy childhood, I always thought there must have been more to life than the set of cards I had been dealt and that there must have surely been a reason why everyone, including me, was here on Earth. I was right!

      These thoughts and inner yearnings have led me on an amazing roller-coaster journey to the other side of the world, with much experience and learning from life itself and some wonderful people I have met along the way. This physical and personal journey has led me to the realisation you can live and have a life you love and that each and every one of us has an important part to play in this game of life.

      Enclosed in this book are some of the secrets I have learned, used, and shared with my clients. These secrets give insight into how to create a life you love by entering the four rooms of life, which lead to a life you love.

      One thing I have realised is that life is like a house with four rooms. In order to be happy, successful, and abundant in life, you must enter all four rooms daily to access the riches that life has to offer you and to truly create a sustainable life that you love.

      Entering these rooms has led me to have and learn that you can create a life you love if you know how and are willing to enter each room on a daily basis.

      The amazing Einstein once said, You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must see the world anew to make changes. So remember to keep an open mind and remain open to the concepts in this book. Incorporate them on your journey to creating a life you love so that you can see the changes happen in your life.

      Amazing things tend to happen when you start this journey, so I recommend you keep a journal to note all of these and to remind yourself that life can be amazing.
