FOREWORD
Based on personal experience, writing a book demands discipline and commitment. Not too long ago I released my second book, Prayers from the Heart, and I know the amount of time and immense research it took me to write that book. With that in mind, I was excited to read through Finding the Missing Link written by a talented, God-gifted and spirit-filled Son of God, Adeyinka Adeniran, whose lifestyle has being a role model among the youth of his generation.
I am compelled to describe the book as a biblically supported and Holy Spirit inspired book that will make any serious Christian desiring a long-lasting marital relationship in the midst of marital assault that the human’s populace has been subjected to as a MUST HAVE book. I am basing my reasons on the fact that the author went to the genesis of where true marriage must begin—from the heart of God. One cannot enjoy true marital bliss without seeking the face of God in prayers and taking a step of faith in finding one’s right partner. As the author has emphasized throughout the entire five chapters of the book, "Marriage is not about pleasing your friend, it is about pleasing God and knowing that God is the ultimate mentor as well as decider of all destinies". This seems to me the crux of the book.
The author emphasizes the need to begin the marital journey by laying a solid foundation since "If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" [Psalm 11:3]
A relationship devoid of God’s input will end up in the garbage. It is in view of this that the author, with passion to see that the present and future generation of God’s saints will enter into godly relationship in marital fidelity, emphasized six important elements of love such as: Attraction, Compatibility, Trust, Communication, Passion and Commitment which are essential to a healthy relationship. I have no doubt that this book will add spice to your relationship, encourage you and make you more committed to your spouse and to the covenant that you have towards each other.
Get a copy for friends as well and it is my prayer that God will make you positively different as you embark on the track of Godly relationships.. Finding family, self, friendship and maturity before relationship among others were touched by the author. Reading through the entire book and being a marriage counselor and an author myself, I am convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that this book will be a blessing to those seeking for their true partner and who desire to allow God in Christ Jesus to remain at the center piece of such relationship. You will undoubtedly have reasons to appreciate God after reading Finding the Missing Link by the author. I hereby recommend the book to everyone no matter your color, gender, status, race, religious affiliation and geographical location.

Preface
Life is all about findings. Findings are an act of acknowledgement, the act of discovery of that unique purpose inherent in our being, the act that dispels error and negates fate as an ultimate force over will. Findings are purposeful acts that bring light into obscurity.
Many years back, as I thought of finding the right person that God has ordained for me, I began to read different books and to seek advice from elders. I remember one uncle said marriage was all about luck. He said partners were like gift packages; you wouldn’t know what was inside them until you brought them home. He said the human mind is so complex and that trying to successfully unravel it was a waste of time. Perhaps you are the kind of person that, like my uncle, believes in luck as the supreme determinant of destiny. Then this book would do a mighty good job of persuading you out of that notion.
This book negates the unrealistic approaches that could expose people to and is indeed one of the bedrocks of marital failure. Marriage is not about luck. Marriage is a purposeful action that
