    Rimple Joshi is a new author, but the detail and depth of the poetry is so intense. In her own words, she said they’re feelings from deep within the heart. Rimple Joshi was born in November 1980 in London and grew up in a household with her parents, two brothers, and a sister. Rimple moved to Leicester in 1984. Rimple, now thirty-one years old with an eleven-year-old son, explains how she started to write by just putting her feelings to paper. Writing for almost fifteen years as a hobby, she believed that one day she will publish her own book, but was never been able to be focused due to circumstances. Now five years on, Rimple is a strong, confident young woman ready to accomplish her dream with the support of her son and partner.

      Dreams are not dreams

      Without an inspiration to live

      To have a goal, a target to complete

      I wish I could tell you what I need,

      I ask myself questions, awaiting the answers

      I hear myself saying… .

      Keep dreaming as it’s only the beginning.

      As the white clouds cover the bright blue sky

      I feel you holding me tight

      The rain falls from the sky

      As my tears down my face run dry

      I desire a world so unique

      But reality is something I hate to feel.

      Your love for me is all I need to live and to love in this lonely world

      For god only knows

      What life would really bring

      If my darling you were not with me.

      I sit alone staring at your face

      A splash of colour

      A warmth of happiness

      A desire to live is what you bring

      Your existence in my life is like a meadow full of roses.

      A thrust so quenching that my eyes imagine you

      Beside me holding me without depriving me.

      I cherish each moment with you like a never ending fantasy.

      Wishing, dreaming, believing there will be more

      You make my life, my presence, my existence worth while for without you
