ACKNOWLEGEMENTS
I wish to thank the publisher [ing] team for the cooperation given me during the completing of this book in its original edition and for the continued assistance. My special thanks go to Natalie Jordaan for so kindly agreeing to read through that original script and for her encouragement and comments on the technical content of this book at that time. My thanks also go to my family their enthusiastic response to my initial ideas and concepts, and their suggestion in those early days inspired me to go ahead with the book. Finally, I acknowledge the men behind the talent God.
As well, Mimo Suliman without him there would not be a word document version of the script and the outstanding response from the public who have made my work ethic informed by my opinion that I should love what I do before anything else through word of—mouth.
THANK YOU!
Chapter 1
A Sunday had started with a shrouded region the sky pierced with thousand points of white fire South Africans in excitement watching and waiting like monstrous misshapen guardians, all in ginger of watching the world cup live at home. All were noises it was a wonderful moment to everyone who was at the Heathrow London airport, some were happy leaving for holidays, some on re-orientation programs and some with excitement of homecoming.
Suddenly an announcement is made informing those travelling to South Africa that their flight on that day would be cancelled due to weather conditions. The whole excitement was frozen and voices of men, women and children in queer moved at once scrambling to their feet rushing to the customer service counter to ask when their flight was expected to leave.
When is our flight expected to be heading off?
asked one of the men who came out from the crowd dressed in a nice brown suit with his shades on the way his blonde hair was styled and a smile which he tagged on his mouth with pure white teeth the lady on the British airways counter was already visualizing the men asking her out for a date. She mumbled before she could answer.
I’m sorry sir but we haven’t yet been informed about your flight.
She said with a nice polite voice. The men walked off going to join his two kids. Latter that hour another announcement was made asking all those who where to be heading Africa to return the following day.
In understanding but disappointment, some left and some stayed behind hoping for a change of weather in the coming hours, but unfortunately that was not going to happen as the news announced that the meteorologists had predicted the weather was only going to be fine the following day. Word less the crowed left and hoping the following day they where leaving.
That night the hopeless Ozzy left his two wonderful kids Kurt 10 and Keegan 8 and went at a nearest night club to drown his sorrows of being belated at work. Ozzy’s life was never a lucky living life it was always bad at his side, but all was about to change. When it comes to work Ozzy was a very hard working person with lot of privileges and a very loving caring father to his children. Travelling was Ozzy’s favorite he spent his lot of money visiting the countries worldwide.
Excuse me sir it’s morning already you were drunk like hell so I decided you spent the night here.
Said the bartender where Ozzy spent the night. In amazement, he grabbed his coat, Thank you my man.
Then he walked gingerly rushing to the kids, which he had left at a three star Villa Toscania airport hotel to check if they slept fine.
Taxi stop, stop, stop!
He jumped into the taxi breathing like a marathon runner who has just reached the finishing wiping his face with his coat, Airport hotel.
said Ozzy to the taxi driver. Are you okay sir?
Yeah I’m fine just rush hour.
In a firmly way the taxi driver asked if he could speed a bit more he had saw the way Ozzy was reacting. After a two hundred meter drive the taxi stopped.
Five pounds sir…
Taking out a ten-pound note from his wallet throwing it to the taxi driver and shouted, Keep change!
Jumping off the taxi, he ran across the road where the airport hotel entrance was.
Good morning sir; take a deep breath and drink this water.
said the receptionist at the airport hotel…
Thank you, thank you Miss.
Your kids are all fine they really enjoyed the night…
Ozzy laughed gently and turned to see his kids standing at the door smiling at him. Just as their mother used to say, Keegan and Kurt heard him say.
My little angles…
it was several years since their mother had died in a plane crash during an expedition to Belfast Northern Ireland.
I’m so sorry kids daddy was deadly asleep then letter on a man came and; ‘sorry sir it’s already morning’. Then I jumped and rushed to my most beautiful kids.
We’re fine daddy they took good care of us.
Said Keegan with a moment of silence they smiled and have a group hug.
I Love you all.
We love you too daddy.
From there Ozzy and kids left got a taxi and went for a breakfast at a local restaurant.
Wow! Breathed Ozzy, what a long day we are about to start.
"Dad may I start with the program of today, Kurt asked smiling gently
Yes you may.
What if we start by exploring the city for the last time…
Yeah that will be exciting daddy, what do you think daddy?
Keegan asked without any respond from their daddy Kurt shouted.
Ice skirting it’s my favorite!
Alright, alright the two of you, you choose from the following three okay?
Ozzy listed some of the funny games, which included Kurt’s favorite ice skirting, horse riding and hiking.
And there after we go for a movie.
Suggested Keegan
I don’t re-call saying anything about a movie.
Ozzy said smiling gently at Keegan.
First you choose and then will decide about the movie.
I would prefer both.
Kurt said in a polite small voice knowing his father would not agree but in surprise, he could not believe his farther saying yes without any arguing.
What about the movie?
Keegan asked without any answer from the boys she jumped into making the final decision.
We are going to watch the most interesting comedy never been watched by any of you guys.
Laughing firmly Kurt asked really in need to know what the most exciting comedy Keegan was talking of.
I can’t wait to feast my eyes on that one.
Kurt said showing interest to her sister.
That will be a surprise for you and daddy I promise you’re going to like it.
We’re looking forward to that.
Ozzy said. After breakfast the family took a taxicab and went to book for their horse riding. In the horse riding field was ridding in joy, peace and happiness Kurt and Keegan where being taught some riding skills while their dad was busy racing devoting the field with the trainer. It was a fantastic ride to a family of three.
The horse ridding went well with some refreshments after such a hilarious ride, so the family as agreed the proceeding was still on Ozzy and Keegan could not proceed.
I’m so tired.
Said Keegan Pulling herself trying to walk as fast as she could but she could not force it any more. Kurt was
