Nicole Thompson

I Nicole K. Thompson am a hardworking, God fearing Christian that truly believes in following your dreams no matter how big or small. Single, full time mother of three, I still seem to obtain a strong professional drive and a need to foster a career yet maintain “Love” as a dominant theme in my life. “Love”, representing the love I have for and receive from God and from and for my family, friends and the world. I’m an extremely nurturing and protective young lady with an inquisitive nature for truth and facts. I also have an unbridled passion for life and love. Aged in my lower 30’s but appearance of a young lady in my lower 20’s, I adapt well with the youth, my peers, and elders making me capable of learning from my future, present, and past. That characteristic alone helps to make several of my writings appealing to younger, older, male, and female audiences.

    Chapter 1

    (Bryce)

The age old saying If only I knew then, what I know now took up residence in his conscience leaving no room for irrational thoughts. Realizing now that no one gave his current situation a second thought, Out of sight out of mind he mumbled to himself, while flipping through outdated letters and pictures of his now deceased 21 year old daughter, still a teenager in photographs he held. Now taking a deep breath in, then slight silent sigh out, simultaneously, his eyes began to water but he held the tears back because of the environment at which he now resides for 9 and a half more years of his ten years to life sentence. Sticking to his normal routine, every visiting day he’d shave and press his best prison uniform in preparation for a visit from his 63 year old mother that never came. While massaging a large tattoo on his outer arm, that read the two names, Elaine and Kenya, Bryce began to think of the love of his life. Kenya, the name he gave a beautiful 6lb 7oz girl, 21 years earlier. A gift from God he said the very minute she came into the world. As memories of her birth began rushing back to him, he then realized where he went wrong in life, Elaine!

    (Jay’s Interrogation)

Jay, I know you’re a little disoriented right now but please take your time and tell us from the top what happened between you and the deceased? The female detective Mrs. Lauren Simmons said down at the 35th district police station in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

Jay slowly took a sip of his warm bottled water slightly swishing it around the entirety of his tasteless mouth. He then inhaled a huge gasp of air swelling up the lungs in his nervous chest shortly followed with an exhale of sorrow. His eyes still blood shot red from the tears he dispersed only minutes prior, he inaudibly began to reply.

I know you’ve read her side, now let me please tell you mine. Born and raised in the streets of North Philly can really make you a hard ass Nigga. Most importantly to me, it can also mislead you on how you’re honestly supposed to treat a good woman. You see I lost the best woman I’ve ever had because of these streets. Matter of fact I lost myself because of these streets. But anyway I didn’t just loose her the easy way unfortunately. I lost her the long hard way. Real talk, we boarded a rollercoaster from hell that I knew one of us would never fucking get off of alive!

Well fellas it’s all done! Jay said as he stuck a long silver metal key inside of a gold plated key hole, unlocking the door of a huge red brick sided warehouse building. My detailing shop is finally gonna open tomorrow. Jay’s deep voice said as he slowly breathed in heavily then out as though he were overly exhausted. His hazel, big, round eyes were wide open though portraying that he didn’t really feel the way that he sounded, yet he blinked a whole lot due to him holding back his tears of joy. My homies are around, what the fuck I look like crying, he thought to himself as they all entered the warehouse behind him. Finally I have a huge sense of accomplishment. Break out the beers, pills, syrup and tree my niggas, it’s time to celebrate. Eew, ew, ew! And might I add that I have 10, not 5 but 10 girls scheduled to be here at 8am sharp tomorrow! So bring your phones, cameras, camcorders, whatever because I know it’s gonna be poppin out this bitch tomorrow. Jay said with a smirk of arrogance across his face. I took all 10 of these smuts yall never met from Mt Airy to a couple stores out King of Prussia Mall to pick out the tiniest g-string bikinis their asses could find and man. Mmm… mmm… mmm…, you boys are gonna love all the wet ass and titty action walking around outside of here for my Grand Opening day. Now yall remember these bitches are at work, Imma have my eyes on yall niggas. These bitches are on the clock so don’t fuck with my paper. I paid all 10 of them one hundred dollars each to walk around out front holding up signs for me in their bikinis and heels. They’ll also be playing with each other in the water and shit to attract niggas with nice cars and paper in here to the shop. I’m sure these girls just wanted to really do this for their own attention and to bag phone numbers and shit, freak ass bitches, I ain’t stupid, but fuck it! I’m glad they want to do it, you know what I’m saying. I need them just the same. Jay said slightly chuckling. Yall can holla at them when we are about to close if yall want. They not my chicks, sorry to disappoint yall but yeah uhhh no girl of mine will be out there. I know yall all be on my hoes but naw, Jay said laughing again with arrogance on his face.

All my female trophies stand out and unfortunately all my male family members and friends be drooling over them every time I bring one around.

Nigga please! "Don’t nobody want your brown suga bitches or wanna see them in bikinis anyway. With the shit they wear damn near every day and with all the pictures you’ve
