    Nancy L. Hamlin is an experienced, professional writer who has had her poetry as well as articles of interest published in newspapers in and alongside of her hometown of Aspen, Colorado. She is a Licensed Psychiatric Technician in which she dedicates her professional expertise in caring for physically and developmentally disabled individuals. Being a Certified State of Colorado Counselor allows her to work with children from eight to eighteen years of age while doubling as a Probation Officer. In addition, Nancy is active in many programs that involve, facilitating educational programs, recreational activities and has a role in the PALS Program. She extends her expertise into the driving profession where she holds the title of Certified Defensive Driving Instructor. By working at Kiddy Korner, owned by her mother, Eloise H. IIgen, is one of many sources that gave her the inspiration to write this story.
