I dedicate this book with love, to memory of my husband and parents, I also dedicate it to: my daughter, son, daughter-in-law, grand-daughters, all of the animals that have shared my life, and all of the people who have passed through my life, no matter how briefly. You have all made me who I am today; Thank-you.
INTRODUCTION
I know I create my own reality. I know everyone creates their own reality.
It is one of those things I suspected my whole life, but was validated for me in the fall of 1972, when I first read a book called Seth Speaks
by Jane Roberts. It answered my questions on things I thought were missing in my life and actually, life in general. But with that awesome revelation, I spent the ensuing years, studying the metaphysical, and learning how to do the creating.
I started this book during the holiday season of 1999, because my husband, Doug, and I, were excited about the tools,
we’d gathered in the creating process; we wanted to share them with others. This book, like everything else, is in a constant state of growth and change. Pinning it down and making it clear to other people has been the dilemma. When I first started, I printed out a copy of the tools
and made a list of chapters and tried putting them in some kind of logical order. But each tool went into each chapter and the book got put on hold for one reason or another. At the same time, there were a lot of people waiting to see what I would write next because they’d been excited about what I’d already written. They wanted more information. Periodically, I would write a new chapter, but finishing it was a continual and changing process. Then in 2007, Doug passed away and finishing it didn’t feel right, until now.
I have to explain a little about my life so you understand where my stories originate. I have lived in Chicago since Doug and I got married. During our almost forty years together, we owned a music store, where we taught music lessons, and sold musical instruments, we had a video production company, and performed every weekend in our own band. I still own the store, only now I just teach.
All of us are on uniquely different paths. You are all here to learn and grow from different experiences. It doesn’t matter how close you are to someone, every person is on his or her own path. An example, if a problem needed to be solved, Doug and I would always arrive at the same conclusion, but arrive there from totally different directions.
Everyone has chosen the lessons you are here to learn. Everything you do, say, or think, affects everything else you do, say, or think, and not only does it affect you, it affects so many others also, like several pebbles in a pond.
All consciousness is connected and at the same time it’s also multilayered and multidimensional. (I am going to be using those two terms very often in this book so here are some simple examples of each: multilayered is several things happening at the same time such as being a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a business woman and a pianist all at the same time, and multidimensional is several things happening on different levels
