And if you decide to not allow them to still control and manipulate you from afar by holding anger, hostility, hatred and unforgiveness against them, you then sometimes have to fight against your better judgment to let it go and move on with your life! If you are at that place where you want to let it go and move on, but something keeps playing it over and over, reliving it and bringing it back up, from the inside of your soul, then this book is for you!!
