As a REAL Beautiful visionary, Cindy Heath guides her readers to heal all aspects of their lives, but most importantly, she offers a template for living in love with life that is in tune with the precious miracle of life itself. She shows us by sharing her own journey of not feeling ‘good enough’ (feelings that have besieged most of us at one time or another) and how she has returned, through self-awareness, to her highest, REAL Beautiful self.

What I love about this book is its romantic heartfelt tone as Cindy summarizes a path to wellness in the most holistic sense – it’s the kind of wisdom that comes through an oracle of the ages. T HERE IS A RAY OF light inside a heartbeat pulsing across the vast and infinite sky above you. Can you see and feel it? Its humble presence can be seen and felt inside the core of your being if you are willing to stop long enough and learn how to blend in with the movement of this mystical and energetic wave. Its expansive power, relentless in its giving, retreats with the sights and sounds of the day that hide it from you. But still, it secretly waits for you.

It is a challenge in our Western society to link into the sacred science that replenishes the strength of our whole being— mind, body, and spirit— so we can be carried across the challenging oceans we face as women in our effort to recover the value and honor we deserve in life.
