Introduction

The Bible is God speaking to us. Prayer is us speaking to God. Prayer in the Bible: An Interrogative Guide combines the two, attempting to point out every mention of prayer and all things prayer in the Bible. This book covers everything on prayer in the Bible and all of its surroundings, and is free from any commentary. Essentially it is a Bible-world wide web of prayer. Inside you will find all the answers for any and all of the basic one word questions, or interrogatives, on prayer in the Bible, including, but not limited to:

This volume should be reviewed in order to obtain the complete list of what is prayed for in the Bible since this category was too immense to fully include in Prayer in the Bible: An Interrogative Guide.

Bible Prayer Pray-ers lists every person who prayed every prayer in the Bible and what prayers each prayed. This volume also contains the reference listing of every prayer in the Bible in Biblical sequence and in categorical sequence.

It is important to note that this present volume, Prayer in the Bible: An Interrogative Guide, does not contain a verbatim listing of the prayers in the Bible. It only attempts to answer all questions regarding prayer in the Bible. For the complete listing of the actual prayers in the Bible see the other titles in the series.

Prayer in the Bible: An Interrogative Guide was compiled in an effort to show that praying according to the Biblical example should be done by everyone, for anything, everywhere, anytime, everyday, anyhow, and for any reason. May the Lord bestow on us the spirit of prayer as He did upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem (Zechariah 12:10).
