    Philemon I. Gora is an international author and investor, a motivational speaker on wealth creation, entrepreneur, project manager and CEO of Cashflow ABI Network Ltd, a company that is bridging the financial gap between the poor and the rich. He has appeared on the radio interview with Mr Stu Taylor of the American Radio who also has interview men like Robert Kiyosaki of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Philemon Gora studied Crop Production and Plant Breeding in Federal University of Technology, Minna , Nigeria. His monthly seminars on creating wealth attracts audience of above 300 people. He is the international author of Simple Motivational Guide for Creating Wealth, Author House UK. He is married to Grace and with their son, Chat Astonish, they live in Kagoro, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

      CHAPTER ONE

      Foundation For Wealth

      The foundation of everything matters. As in building, without a foundation, solid foundation for that matter, there will be no building. So to build a house for instance, the first thing to consider is the foundation, because the foundation will determine the building itself.

      This is applicable to building wealth. I know many people have the desire and dream to be wealthy. This is not bad, but dream or desire alone cannot bring you the wealth you crave. After your desire, you must of necessity discover the foundation for wealth.

      The understanding built on the foundation for wealth is the reason the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. The rich become richer because they know how to get rich and that is the bottom line. If you know how to get rich and become wealthy, it will require no struggle becoming rich.

      Financial Knowledge

      Financial knowledge is the first foundation to reaching the wealth you so desire. Wealth is simply, a product of traded or applied financial knowledge. It is the depth of financial knowledge at your disposal that determines the extent to which you will go in financial matters.

      When I talk of financial knowledge, I am talking about financial knowledge that creates wealth and makes you financially rich. The great conspiracy in the financial world today is that, the rich are operating with some knowledge that makes them wealthy as opposed to who do not have access to such knowledge. Your access to true financial knowledge is the key to unlock your financial fortune.

      You see the rich get richer because they know how to become rich. The poor can be rich also if only they have the knowledge that creates wealth. Otherwise, they remain financially poor.

      There are two schools of thoughts I have found in the financial world. And they determine the financial status of everyone on the earth. The first school of thought says: money makes one rich. Those who accept this thought work hard for money. They could even kill to make more money. They can manipulate people and even do dubious things to make money, yet it is sad to discover that these people remain poor in the end and so remain slaves to money all their lives.

      Those who live by this thought live their lives in this manner: Study hard to make money, work hard to make money, spend less to make more money, live below average life to make money, etc. They believe they would be poor when money goes out of their pocket. But ironically, they live in financial poverty or bankruptcy.
