      Introduction

      This book was not written about my story or anyone else’s. It’s about yours. As you may already know, the path to love isn’t the same for everyone. Throughout the years, I’ve witnessed many couples become engaged and get married. Some of them are still happy today and some are not so happy. None of them found love the same way though and they each have their own story to tell, just like you do.

      So what’s your story? Staying competitive in the dating scene can become difficult at times. Especially if you’re a woman who’s been in it for a while, much like I was. I’ve seen and heard it all. Even escaped a few sketchy relationships myself. After dating a few bad apples, I found myself starting to lose faith in my search for love. The reason I wrote this book is to keep women, like you, from giving up.

      No matter what your age is, if you want love in your life you deserve to have it. Love won’t just show up when you want it to and it definitely won’t come around when you’re expecting it either. If you can get through the stumbling blocks known to throw women off track during their search for love, you’ll find it, without much effort on your part.

      Each chapter in this book has been written individually and could stand alone, should you ever want to go back and revisit a section. You will also find that some ideas are mentioned more than once. This is because those ideas are worth repeating and will apply to multiple scenarios. Learning a few easy guidelines could make all the difference.

      We’ve all been caught standing on the wrong line in the love department. Time is precious. Knowing the patterns to look for will save you time. Think of this book as a gentle tap on the shoulder whenever you may be dating someone who’s not right for you. Find the right man quickly by staying focused on the things you want in life.
