    Clarence W. Sickles is a retired Episcopal parish priest and licensed nursing home administrator with an advanced degree in therapeutic recreation and gerontology. He and his wife, Jean, live in Heath Village, a four-hundred-member retirement community that he founded in Morris County, New Jersey. The General Theological Seminary in New York City awarded Sickles an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree for his ministry to the elderly community.
