Introduction
THE MIND IS an integral part of man, a part that man cannot do without. Our lives in general are patterned by the workings of our minds. It is generally believed that a man can succeed a particular task no matter how difficult if only he puts his mind to it. This brings us to a place where we can say that success and failure are products o f the mind. For us to be able to harness our true potentials there is a need for us to understand the workings of the mind and how we can better our lives and that of the people around us, hence the book Your mind and You. This book unveils a variety of basic things that can unlock the potentials stored up in us and bring them to reality.

1. How did the mind originate?
2. Where is the mind located?
3. What does the mind do?

The mind, if it is to be defined, will have to be reviewed by these questions of primary importance.

The mind though in truth
