FOREWORD
I could write a big thick book, with so much information, that it will confuse and baffle you, and make it sound all too hard and complicated, but I have not, instead, I have put a huge amount of work and effort into keeping it as short, simple and uncomplicated as possible.
The main reason for this is so that you will read the whole book in one sitting, and go back to it and refer to it again and again for the lists of foods that make you lose weight and the recipes.
With the recipes, it is important that you try each one of them and include them regularly until you reach your desired weight.
I needed to it to be as simple as possible so you will try the extremely simple and easy concepts that you can see, will, actually make you lose weight and keep it off forever.
By the time you have read this little book, you will feel empowered with the most important knowledge needed to maintain your weight, forever, without the dieting, starving, exercise, time and effort.
This is perfect for putting your partner on a diet
without them even knowing it till they have lost weight, as all you need to do is ADD the right things to re-balance the body.
Every food mentioned in this book is very commonly available at every supermarket.
Basically, this method of weight loss and maintaining the lower weight is free; in fact by also growing some of your own fresh picked foods
you will actually save money!
Another huge bonus is that most of the foods mentioned not only keep you healthier and looking younger, but they will also protect and prevent you from getting cancer.
Over the years I have helped a great amount of people fix their weight problems, from under weight to overweight, and here is a very valuable lesson in weight gain, that I have has astounding success with.
Many an underweight person has told me it’s all well and good helping people to lose weight, but it’s harder to gain weight, and this is what I tell them to do, and without fail every single time they have been shocked at how well this works, and they actually put weight on for the first time.
To gain weight; stop eating breakfast, stop snacking between meals, go on a strict calorie controlled diet for up to a few weeks, cut out all fats and sugars for just a few weeks, cut out all the acids and spices, go on a cycle of starving then binge eating, and go to bed with a very full tummy every night.
Then revert back to normal eating habits, and the weight will increase.
This is because it slowed down the metabolism and the body started to put on storage bulk to prepare itself for the next bout of starving.
