    A Souls Journey is indeed a personal story. The journey are lessons that were given to me by my God Presence during the summer of 2013 in answer to the prayer God help me create the life I desire. The Journey is recorded in four books containing twenty four chapters. Most of the time I didnt know where this was going and what I was to do with this information I was being given. The only thing I did know was that the lessons were helping me feel better and my life was changing to reflect more Love, more of God in my life.

    The lessons in the books focus on reaffirming the Truth about each of us and looking to our God Presence to help us make the Truths our Truths which will lead to our living better more satisfying lives.

    What are these Truths?
    That we are where we need to be at this point in our life experience. All that has come before was necessary to make us the person we are today. In other words we are perfect just as we are;
    That we are children of a Loving Infinitely Patient God Presence that is with us always and will help us in all things if we ask;
    That we are worthy of all that is good and pleasing in the entire Universe just because we are sons and daughters of the Universe;
    That our beliefs serve to shape our life experience and if we change our beliefs we can change our world; and
    That we are never alone and we are always surrounded by the Love of God.

    My greatest desire is that these lessons help the readers also come to know God, their God Presence, so that they can also come to know how they can create the life they desire right here on planet Earth.

    By way of background I am a CPA with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business as well as financial management. In addition I have been an on a Spiritual quest for many years and have journaled continually during this period. Late 2012 I left my job as a Vice President of Finance at a Large International Leasing Company to determine what my life calling was, since I was well paid but not very happy. As part of my job responsibilities I prepared many presentations on various subjects, began and started company functions and also negotiated company contracts with both customers and vendors. The spring of 2013 all of these diverse skills converged with the idea given to me by my God Presence to put my writings in Microsoft PowerPoint accompanied by music. I shared these presentations with my Church’s Ministers and they were highly impressed and encouraged me to do more. As a result of this soul searching experience the book series A Soul’s Journey was born.

      FOREWORD

      A Soul’s Journey is an intimate affair; it requires dedication and commitment to long hours, complete surrender and openness. Reading the various chapters as they were written lead me on a soul’s journey as well. Each chapter as it unfolded through Laureen awakened in me the continued journey of wonder and recommitment to growth to change. These Spiritual Principles are timeless yet they change in how we understand and apply them in our lives. Change is difficult it takes you out of your comfort zone to areas that are unfamiliar and sometimes scary. However, to experience more in life, to see the beauty that surrounds us all, sometimes we must change our perception. These lessons are guides to turn within and to do the work on your thoughts and feelings. To release what is no longer needed in your life, world and affairs. To become still enough to listen to the guidance that is always there for you. Such a beautiful, yet difficult process we all come to in order to grow to the next level that life has for each of us. A soul’s journey provides step by step instructions how to apply the principles that Jesus taught in his parables. These lessons are written in a contemporary style that is easy to follow. The accompanying art is peaceful and sets the mood to quieting the thoughts. The most helpful detail is the emphasis on prayer, meditation and sitting in the silence in order to hear guidance from within. All the questions one might have and all the answers to the questions are within if you will still yourself. This book is such a joy to read and is easy to apply. It reminds us that we are each precious and here on this journey for a purpose. We are here to express all the Good that God is.
