About this ebook

There is nothing like a pan of double chocolate brownies fresh out of the oven. You burn you fingers cause you can't wait for them to cool, the sting of the heat that sears you tongue and lip as you bite into it, is worth it just for one taste of that chocolate sweetness. As your eyes close and your body goes limp with pure bliss.
That is what goes through my mind everytime I bake. How wonderfully sweet and decadent my latest baking adventure is going to taste.

    I LOVE DESSERT!!

But like every other self-conscience woman it doesn’t like me.

I would love to be able to eat an entire pan of fudge brownie and not worry about not fitting into my blue jeans tomorrow. The thought of feeding my children chocolate anything after dinner, two hours before bed on a school night will send me into a full panic. There is nothing like a pan of double chocolate brownies fresh out of the oven. You burn your fingers because you can't wait for them to cool, the sting of the heat that sears you tongue and lip as you bite into it, is worth it just for one taste of that chocolate sweetness. As your eyes close and your body goes limp with pure bliss.

    But like I said:

    CHAPTER 1: Chocolate Heaven

    Brownie Overload

    1 box of Brownie mix

    1 cup Milk chocolate chips

    1 cup Creamy peanut butter

1 container already made milk chocolate frosting

Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. While still hot drop a ½ teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each cookie. Cool on pan until firm then transfer to wire rack. While cookies are cooling take a resealable bag and spoon the frosting out of the container and into the bag. Squeeze out all the air and seal. Cut the tip off one of the corners and when cookies are cool frost the top of the cookie brownies.
