PIZZA Chapter 1

Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions:
Dust work surface with flour and roll out the dough to the size you prefer. Brush oil on the baking sheet and put the dough on it. Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Lastly, add the Italian Seasoning, and red pepper flakes on top and put in a preheated 450ºF oven for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
Pizza Margarita
Ingredients:
4-5 large fresh basil leaves
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 sliced tomatoes
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pizza dough
Salt & Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Dust work surface with flour and roll out the dough to the size you prefer. Brush oil on the baking sheet and put the dough on it. Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and torn basil leaves with the sliced tomatoes on top and put in a preheated 450ºF oven for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
Spaghetti & Lasagna Chapter 2
Meat Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 box lasagna noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Olive Oil
1 lb. ground beef
4 cloves garlic
Crushed red pepper flakes
3 eggplants chopped
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided
7 basil leaves shredded
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
