    Years ago in Southern Mexico, a group of scientists and artists called the Toltec had an abundance of practices and spiritual knowledge that came from their ancestors. Students and masters alike gathered at one place in the city. But when the European invasion took place there were apprentices who misused their power, so, the masters were forced to keep their knowledge a secret in order to keep the knowledge protected from the unworthy ones who could misuse it.

    Over the next generations, this wisdom had returned to the people and Don Miguel Ruiz, coming from a lineage of masters, began sharing the Toltec ideologies. The wisdom imparted embrace the spirit and can be a means of living where love and happiness are attainable.

    The first chapter of the book will open you about the different aspects of life of which you were previously unaware. We were taught a lot of things from youth and most of these were based on others’ own beliefs; our teachers and parents taught us what they believe is the best way to behave in the community—and these rules and regulations were instilled in us until we’ve followed them growing up.
