In the name of Allah, to whom all praise is due, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

Who would have thought that a small and seemingly insignificant book entitled America 2064 would spark vehement ire from Christians, Jews, and atheists around the world?  We will give you a glimpse of the world’s reaction to America 2064 and the corresponding mandate for its second edition.

It is with complete resolve that we bring you the second edition, which is published with a new title, 2064, because its impact extends beyond U.S. borders.  To that end, as the strategy expands globally, with the permission of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, we stand firm and ferociously unafraid of antics perpetrated by the Islamophobia Network [74 U.S.-based groups that had access to over $205 million from 2008-2013 (Source: Council on American-Islamic Relations)].

The 2064 strategy brings evidence-based solutions, rooted in Qur’an and Sunnah, to address social and economic problems; so my question to the Islamophobia Network is, "What did you find wrong with America 2064?  The New Republic, one of America’s oldest magazines founded in 1914, says America 2064 is short—only 208 pages—but its ambitions are enormous." The anger of non-believers towards America 2064 is a manifestation of their own self-enslavement – enslaved by their non-Islamic desires and inflamed with bigotry, arrogance, and ignorance – a venomous concoction that breeds baseless Islamophobia with an absence of reason.

Islamophobia is not sustainable; however Islam is, and the Qur’an has not changed even one dot in over 1,400 years – Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala promised that He will protect it and who is best to keep His Promises?  If you read the Qur’an with an open heart and open mind, you must come to the conclusion that Islam is the truth and the application of its injunctions in your life just makes sense, provided Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala showers His Guidance upon you.

America 2064 sparked backlash from the highest levels of government.  Having had a successful relationship with the United States Department of Justice for over 20 years as a consultant, technical assistance provider, and grantee; six months after the release of America 2064, my contract was terminated.  We are not frustrated by that.  Nothing happens without the permission of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and we know victory is near, In’shaa Allah.  Nor are we apologetic for our unwavering commitment to the realization of the 2064 vision, which establishes Islamic Shari’ah as the rule of law under a rightly guided global Caliph.  Furthermore, we will achieve these objectives by utilizing existing constitutional processes, In’shaa Allah.

On June 14, 2014, the Florida branch of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) hosted a media breakfast at the Islamic Foundation of South Florida (IFSF).  Our marketing team immediately recognized this as an opportunity to promote America 2064 by hosting a book signing in conjunction with CAIR’s event.

During the book signing, I met Yousef Muslet, a businessman residing in Belle Glade, Florida whose children were attending Salah Tawfik Elementary and Middle School also located on the IFSF campus.  Yousef saw a sign directing invitees to the CAIR Media Breakfast, and at the insistence of his wife, attended.  We gave him a copy of America 2064 and continued networking with media representatives.

The gathering ended and it was time for Salaatul Zuhr (Muslims’ early afternoon prayer).  I retreated to IFSF’s Masjid and again met Mr. Muslet who too wanted to pray in congregation.  This was the start of a relationship that would rattle the world.

Yousef Muslet quickly became the greatest supporter of our efforts.  Buying dozens of America 2064 paperbacks nearly on a weekly basis and spreading its vision to almost everyone he met – this obviously got my attention and our relationship strengthened.

From our humble and prayerful beginning, we have traversed the globe garnering support for America 2064 from Tallahassee to Sacramento, New York to Tel Aviv, Miami to Makkah, and from Madinah West, (which is what we affectionately call Belle Glade), to Madinah in the Middle East.

During the month of Ramadan in 2015, we embarked on a Middle East book tour in Jordan, Jerusalem, and throughout the West Bank.  On the 27th night of Ramadan, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala blessed us to be amongst a gathering of 750,000 Muslims on the Masjid Al-Aqsa compound.

As our relationship grew, so did the cowardly assaults on the America 2064 movement by the Islamophobia Network.  Unfortunately, Yousef would bear the brunt of those blatant attacks.  The worst and most absurd began on December 20, 2015, when Yousef’s neighbor, a Christian pastor, hosted a Christmas party and one of the attendees, as he was leaving in his truck, became engaged in a conversation with Yousef.  The discourse between the man and Yousef was religious in nature and neither was swayed by the others passionate pleas.  They shook hands and the man went on his way.

Nine days later, Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office showed up at Yousef’s home with an army of deputies and charged him with battery on an elderly person and burglary, punishable to life in prison for a simple handshake.  At the hearing, Yousef was found not guilty and the judge admonished the State Attorney’s Office for bringing this bizarre case of Islamophobia into his courtroom.

Never before in recent U.S. history has a person faced life in prison for a handshake.  The Islamophobia Network has gone to great length to stop the America 2064 movement, but to no avail.

We are an open book, literally and figuratively.  I was invited by the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida to attend Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s Community Policing Roundtable held on February 12, 2016 in Miami, Florida.  While there, I put a copy of America 2064 in her hands.  Maybe you also believe the United States Constitution is the best legal framework in the world today, but that is not true and we make no excuses for touting the Shari’ah to anyone as the best system for reversing spiraling moral degradation, including America’s top cop.

In March 2016, we accepted an invitation from Malaysia’s Ministry of International Trade and Industry to join the world’s key players in sourcing and selling global quality halal products at the Malaysia International Halal Showcase, which furthered our capacity to halalify America.

In August 2017, I received the following media request:

Dear Mr. Rawlins, I am writing on behalf of a Palestinian journalist friend who will be coming to America next week from the Occupied Palestine and will do interviews for a media project. His name is Razal Ibrahim, he will meet with some influential Muslim figures in the country. He is very much willing to interview you too. He will also interview brother Yousef Mohammed Muslet. Can you give him an appointment for 13-14 August? If you provide a phone number he can call after landing in America. Thank you.

Yousef and I granted the interview.  However, the interview was actually conducted by an undercover reporter from Channel 10 News in Tel Aviv – the FOX News of the Zionist Regime.  The resulting documentary was a character assassination attempt targeted at Yousef and me.  The film was posted by Robert Spencer on JihadWatch.org (an Islamophobia Network Inner Core group) as well as broadcasted nationwide on network television.  The journalist who defrauded us posted several trailers on his Facebook page, featuring Yousef and I, which gained him over 100,000 views.

The social media posts in reply to the character assassination attempt have also generated threats.  Channel 10 secured the interview based on fraudulent lies and deception.  They labeled us as Muslim Brotherhood – it’s not true.  This is how far the Islamophobia Network has gone to stop the 2064 movement, but to no avail.

In November 2017, Yousef and I, along with the leadership of Baitulmal America, went on a team building trip to Makkah and Madinah with additional stops in Jordan and Palestine as part of the 2064 strategy.  While in Palestine, Donald Trump made his volcanic announcement that the United States would be moving their embassy to Jerusalem and the Muslim world erupted.  Upon our return to the United States, we were subjected to enhanced security screening and harassment, a sign of things to come.

Yousef, a U.S. citizen, was born in Palestine and migrated to the United States at the age of seven.  Soon after our return from our team building trip, Yousef embarked on a family vacation to the West Bank.  On December 27, 2017, his wife and six of his children were granted entry, but Yousef’s visa was denied due to security reasons.  Not only was he denied entry, he was jacked up gangster style by thugs of the Zionist Regime, handcuffed, taken away from Ben Gurion International Airport, and held in a cell for eight hours before being sent back to the United States as a prisoner.

While in transit back to Miami International Airport, Yousef was placed in police custody in Turkey for an additional 16 hours.  Please note that Yousef has never been convicted of any crime in his life.  With all the harassment and attacks, we are not distracted from the task at hand, which is the successful implementation of the 2064 strategy.

This 50-year strategy is not covert nor does it violate the United States Constitution.  On the contrary, we obey the laws of the United States and work tirelessly to enhance public safety and improve the quality of life for all people.

Regardless of the efforts to frustrate the implementation of the 2064 strategy, know that we stand firm and do not fear the Islamophobia Network nor do we fear death; we fear Allah and Allah alone.

We pray that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala guides you and us all as we execute our mission to establish Islamic Shari’ah under the leadership of a rightly guided global Caliph, Ameen.

In the name of Allah Whom all praise is due, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

The issues cited in America 2064 are not necessarily exclusive to the United States or to the present times in which we live.  Some of the problems mentioned have existed since man was first put on this earth.  In the first 8 chapters we examine key issues that pose major challenges for Americans.  Chapters 9 - 14 offer solutions to America’s problems.

America 2064 is a strategic framework to change our country’s political, social, and economic landscape over the next 50 years.  Socio-economic trends, some of which are cited in this book, are alarming and show dramatic declines in America’s morality thus warranting a strategic intervention.  America 2064 will be realized by adhering to the Commandments of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala (Glorified and Exalted is He) and the Constitution of the United States of America by utilizing the government’s existing legal framework, In’shaa Allah (if Allah wills).

Throughout this book you will find English translations of Ayat (verses) from The Holy Qur’an, which are italicized and noted by their Surah (chapter) number followed by the Ayah number. The translations used were Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s The Holy Qur’an: English Translations of the Meanings and Commentary and King Fahd Printing Complex’s The Noble Qur’an. Ahaadith [sayings of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam (peace and blessings be upon him)] are also italicized with the narrator and compiler of each hadith cited.  Please note that it is not possible to capture the depth of the original Arabic text of The Holy Qur’an or Ahaadith in English, nevertheless, we greatly appreciate those who have made monumental efforts to do so.

Transliterations of Arabic words and their English meanings are noted in the glossary.  References to the seerah (biography of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) were primarily obtained from Husein Haykal’s The Life of Muhammad (translated by Ismail Raji al-Faruqi).

Any benefit derived from America 2064 is solely from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.  If any element of America 2064 is not in agreement with The Holy Qur’an or the Sunnah (the legal ways) of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam, please discard it and I ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala to forgive my shortcomings, Ameen.

America 2064 is not a lesson in Shari’ah (Islamic religious law) – I leave that to the Ulema (Islamic scholars) – it is a strategic framework for inculcating Islamic values in the
