      INTRODUCTION

      Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing , and obtaineth favour of the Lord . – Proverbs 18:22

      And what does favor stand for? Favor can mean many good things such as kindness, grace, forgiveness, help, goodwill, etc. This tells a lot about the power of a prayerful woman. Mary prayed and Jesus Christ turned water to wine when it was not yet time reveal himself.

      We have heard a lot of great story about women expressing the glory of God through prayers. Sometimes I see myself wondering whether God favors women more in prayer than men. To be sincere with you I am yet to arrive at a concrete answer.

      We cannot neglect the fact that many great men in this world, both past and present are products of prayerful women. Billy Graham that just passed on was one of them, Charles Spurgeon, Martin Luther Jnr., Abraham Lincoln, etc. These were great men that produced phenomenal results.

      What made these men were prayers of women who understood their position in God. In this our generation great things are still happening. Women are still producing great fruits through the power of prayers.
