The societies of vampires and werewolves clash together in Bound by Love, an eleven chapter novella that’s impossible to put down.
Join Eva and Reagan as they embark on a journey of many emotions. Eva wants to avenge her clan from the destruction wrought by a fight with the werewolves. Along the way, she discovers Reagan and a bond she never expected. She also discovers darker truths than she ever thought possible. With these new discoveries come new dangers Eva had never anticipated.
The story is filled with interesting characters, from the devious vampire Jeff, to werewolves such as Dylan and Luke who are willing to put aside their suppositions to keep the peace. Internal battles are fought by Eva’s conscious as she gets sucked into a reality that sharply contrasts with her previous understandings. Readers are led on a breathtaking story of arousal and suspense as Eva finds her way while being assaulted with a myriad of emotions.
This adventure leaves readers with questions about the past and the future as they are helplessly entranced as voyeurs of a dark, fantastical present. Are the werewolves going to be able to keep the peace? Is a night’s tryst going to give way to complication, jealous infighting, or something more? Excitement, adventure, and vulnerability promise readers that every next page in this short story will be better than the last.
Bound by Love is a steamy NSFW story certain to satisfy readers’ needs for a guilty pleasure.

    Prologue

    Eva

The acrid scent of smoke still lingered in the air days after the clash between the vampires and the werewolves. Picking my away across the charred remains of the castle Jeff and I had mastered my heart tightened in my chest. This was my home, the only one I had known since I’d been turned. For centuries Jeff and I had simply moved around, from one place to another. Some cities we left voluntarily and others we left because there was no other option after some of the horrid things that went down.

After years of wandering like nomads, this was the place where Jeff and I had chosen to settle down. He had located his father here and decided to make this place his home. While I couldn’t say how much of a home it had been for me, at least it had been stability. I knew where I would return even if gone for weeks or months to coordinate one activity or another.

In its current state, no one would have believed this had once been a place of grandeur. Vampire princes and high priests from all over the globe had expressed awe when they graced our abode. Now all that remained was a pile of rubble and charred bodies of vampires. The werewolves had collected their dead to give a proper burial. The vampires had no such loyalty. We were of a different breed and lived by different principles. A vampire was assured immortality as long as one avoided certain activities that could lead to death. Life was valued but once a vampire died, we simply moved on. What sense was there in mourning one that was gone? It wouldn’t bring them back to life

But their deaths could be avenged. And staring at the devastation that had been wreaked all around me, I swore revenge on the werewolf clan that had touched my family. We were not perfect and I would admit there were more rouges in our clan than any other but each served his own purpose. As long as that vampire was no threat to our clan and continued to pledge his loyalty to us, they were left alone to pursue whatever self-gratification they wanted. We stuck together.

I tried to ignore the hurt I felt that Jeff had left me to face the werewolves all by myself. Honor bound to protect him and fight by his side, I had been willing to go down with him. Should he reappear, I would still be willing to fight by his side but I was still disappointed and confused. Days had passed and still there was no word from him.

    Was he alive or dead?

I’d tried to feel him through our connection but nothing. I’d seen the werewolf pursue him up the stairs but had been fighting off my own demons to render assistance. When it had become evident that we were going to lose, I’d backed away from the fight. It was better to runaway and live another day to fight the enemy again than for all of us to die and let the werewolves take over. That was exactly what they wanted but they would be sadly mistaken. There was no way I would allow any other race to wipe out the vampire clan.

The werewolf known as Dylan had etched himself as a memory in my mind. So too had the girl Jeff kept as a prisoner and her sister. The witches would die a slow and painful death as soon as I got my hands on them. They were the ones who had caused all this death. If Jeff hadn’t found out about the redhead witch, he would have never been after her to plant his seed into her belly. I was supposed to be his bride, his right hand. I was supposed to be the one who gave him a child but he had decided the hybrid between a vampire and a witch would be different. There was only one known mention of that hybrid in our entire history and no one still knew for sure how that story played out.

I folded my hands into fists by my side and remembered simpler times before the witch came into existence. There were times Jeff and I had been happy, even though he could be a cruel son-of-a-bitch sometimes. I didn’t love him but I belonged to him. I owed him my life and I would always do what he wanted. I never agreed to the way he kidnapped the young girl. I never agreed with the way he had orchestrated that attack on the werewolf clan either, but I had supported him.

Because that was my purpose. And now that Jeff was gone, I would fulfill his purpose. It was the reason he had made me who I was.

I would avenge Jeff and all of my own that had died at the hands of the werewolves. They would all be sorry, the last lot of them. I’d hold my blade to the werewolf Dylan’s neck and afford him the right to plead for his life before I sliced his head from his body.

    Our clans must be avenged.

    Chapter One

    Eva

They will acknowledge who you are, I whispered, staring at the blank mirror. How could I want other people to know who I was when I couldn’t even see my own reflection? I hadn’t seen myself in some two hundred years. After such a long time had passed, one would think I was over it by now. Usually, it bothered me not but sometimes like now, I wished for a glimpse of my former self.

    I felt a
