However, if they will bear in mind how many times in the course of history has the IMPOSSIBLE (that which appeared to be), been made POSSIBLE by a scientific revelation, they will refrain from jumping to a premature conclusion, will give this VISITOR the benefit of the doubt, will open that hermetically sealed door in spite of APPEARANCES, and then, after a complete study of his entire work, will be able to see that our NEW WORLD must become a reality sooner or later and could take place in the 21st century, if this NATURAL LAW is released from its hiding place quickly enough.

    Janis Rafael is a University of Maryland graduate and has a Bachelor of Science degree in special education. She has done extensive research on safety and has developed a comprehensive program to help children have a better understanding of the nature of risk and what it means to be careful. From her research she has discovered there is a gap in knowledge between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. Children are taught to use their helmets and call 911 in an emergency but have very little training on how to identify serious risks in their environment, or what they can do to avoid them. Her program is aimed at filling that gap by taking a proactive approach which helps children understand the root causes of accidents. This program also emphasizes assertiveness training to encourage children to become independent thinkers. Her goal is to help children distinguish between risks that are worth taking and those that have the potential for tragedy. She believes that the more information we share with our youth, the safer our society will be since they will be basing their decisions on genuine understanding. Based on her observations, it isn't knowledge of potential dangers that can harm our youth, it is the lack of it. We cannot afford leaving to chance crucial safety information that our children must have in order to make informed choices. The price may be far too high.Discussions on ethics and the moral imperative are an integral part of her program. She believes this is a necessary ingredient which has been missing in many safety programs today. Without these discussions children will continue to put emphasis on the legality, not the morality, of their behavior. They may have difficulty understanding the moral obligation to be as careful as possible in situations where their actions have a direct impact on others. Unfortunately, young people often think only in terms of whether there is a risk to themselves. In her program she hopes to address this issue as well as the many factors that often lead children down a negative path of irresponsibility.Janis Rafael is also the co-author of the nonfiction book, This Is An Urgent Message To A Visitor Of Your Planet. The visitor reveals a scientific discovery based on the knowledge that lies locked behind the door of determinism. This knowledge provides a new understanding of man's nature which has never been understood before, and has the potential to eliminate many of the ills plaguing our planet.Mrs. Rafael has four children and eleven grandchildren. She resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

      PROLOGUE

      Our VISITOR reveals, in the first few pages, the reason their GREAT TRANSITION was delayed 500 years, and a similar thing could happen here because we have also been taught to believe, through words that do not symbolize reality but give the appearance of doing so, that a certain aspect of man’s nature is absolutely true.  As a consequence, the natural, psychological law, hidden behind the door stating that this aspect of man’s nature is false, could remain permanently concealed because our leading authorities, the very people who don’t know the truth but think they do, may never desire to open that door for a thorough investigation when the claim of what can be accomplished appears ridiculous, impossible, and compromises the integrity of their knowledge and capability.  If they can’t solve our problems, and they are the experts, it stands to reason that no one else can.  However, if you will bear in mind how many times in the course of history has the IMPOSSIBLE (that which appeared to be) been made possible by a scientific breakthrough, you will refrain from jumping to a premature conclusion, will give this VISITOR the benefit of the doubt, will open that hermetically sealed door in spite of appearances, and then, after a complete study of all the principles involved, will be able to see that our NEW WORLD must become a reality sooner or later and could take place within the 21st century, if this natural law is released from its hiding place quickly enough and thoroughly understood.

      Our Visitor, by his revelation of this HIGHER, NATURAL LAW OF MAN’S CONSCIENCE, is giving mankind no choice in this matter whatsoever.  We have been growing and developing just like a child from infancy.  There is no way a baby can go from birth to old age without passing through the necessary steps of baby teeth, puberty, etc., and no way man could have reached this tremendous turning point in his life without first going through the necessary stages of evil.  The only thing required now to deliver our planet from the many forms of hurt plaguing human relations, is to open our minds and refrain from jumping to the conclusion that we already know the truth about man’s ultimate nature.  However, to fully understand the principles and the significance of this knowledge, it is necessary to study this book chapter by chapter (no skipping).  The first 5 chapters are absolutely essential because these natural laws are then extended into every human relation.  Please understand that any truth revealed in an undeniable manner does not require our approval for its validity, although it does necessitate our understanding for recognition and development.  And now my friends, let us welcome our visitor and heed his words...for the hour is getting late.

      THE MESSAGE IS THIS

      Shortly after my arrival I was so completely taken aback by what exists here, that at first I found it difficult to believe, until the reason was made apparent by the realization that your scientists never discovered the natural, psychological law of man’s ultimate nature, which, over 50,000 years ago, brought about on our globe what we refer to as THE GREAT TRANSITION.  We have no war or crime, and do nothing to hurt each other because this law prevents us from striking the first blow; and this eliminates the need to blame, punish, to retaliate or to turn the other cheek.

      The reason we were able to make this discovery that still lies beyond the framework of your thought, is because life began on our planet long before it did on yours, and as a consequence our mental development, our ability to perceive difficult but undeniable relations, is more advanced.  To test this I asked several professors to arrange 10 alphabetical blocks divided equally between A and O in groups of 3 and in 7 lines, so that no letter is ever twice with the same letter.  Five gave up in one month.  Three said it could not be done.  The remaining two revealed by their answer that they never even understood the question which is worked out by our 13 year old children.  This in itself doesn’t mean that you will be incapable of comprehending this law, but it certainly points in that direction because your thinkers also stand today regarding the nature of man, where your ancestors stood when they believed the Earth flat.  Until accurate thinking scientists exploded this realistic but fallacious theory by discovering the true shape of your planet, the invariable laws revealing the mathematical harmony of your solar system and giving you the knowledge
