I feel rather ambivalent about this book. It caught my attention because of the title. I was willing to "reboot my brain," if I could "fight Memory loss, Dementia, Alzheimers, Brain Aging and more." The book started out well and did give me a page of suggestions on how to achieve what it promised; however, later chapters included ideas based on Natural therapy and such methods as chelation which I'm not in favor of.All in all it's a worthy read for most people who are heading towards "seniordom," but you may want to follow only some of the ideas in the book.
