Skip Poplar was not popular with the detectives of Sunset Investigations. The mentally challenged adult was dead certain it was space aliens who had “smooshed” his parents in a hit and run.
No sooner had Detectives Ryan and Curtis wrapped the Poplar case up, then they were after a heartless suspect who was threatening to dismember the show horse he had stolen. The golden palomino was definitely living on borrowed time.
Once the detectives solve that case, they become involved in hunting down a werewolf. No one was safe in the Majestic Hills sub-divison in Tucson, Arizona. There were indications that if the beast wasn't caught soon, he would expand his territory.

Raising children and a variety of critters on a mini-farm wasn't enough: one day Sharon Kull hauled her grandfather's antique typewriter out of the closet and began her first novel. Several articles were also published in the local newspaper. Years later, the typewriter has been replaced by a computer, her children are grown, and the animals gone except for a Chihuahua. Still living on the farm with her husband, Sharon is forever on the lookout for literary fodder – a fact that sometimes makes family and friends nervous.
