This comprehensive history of the Ginetta company from 1958 through to takeover in 2005 will be of great interest to all owners and enthusiasts of Ginetta cars and motoring history in general. Trevor Pyman grew up in Essex and attended Maldon Grammar School. Like many youngsters he was always interested in cars, an interest that quickly grew into a passion for British specialist sports cars. The locally made Ginetta cars were a particular draw for him as a teenager and, embarking on a career as a building surveyor and project manager, he was able to enjoy owning a variety of different specialist cars including a number of Ginettas. He has served as Registrar of the Ginetta Owners Club for nearly forty years. This is his second book on Ginettas, and his first for Crowood.
